I met with Ashley, and she was absolutely fantastic. She’s compassionate, professional, and surprisingly easy to talk to considering the subject matter involved. She explained everything clearly, never made it feel uncomfortable, and somehow managed to make planning my eventual expiration feel oddly productive.
