Newer facility with plenty of space to get in your workout and exercises depending on the time of day. It's great to see members of all ages, fitness levels, and sizes wanting to improve their mental and physical health. Staff and environment is inviting, safe, and non-judgmental. Plenty of lockers for storage and drinking fountains to refill or hydrate. Lots of treadmills, ellipticals, squat presses, and machines for strength training. Rowing machines, stationary bikes, and benches for free weights tend to be taken up quickly during peak times. There are two racquetball courts here, as compared to one at the Bremerton location. Restrooms and showers are clean. Parking is good most of the time with events, like summer camps, filling spaces up on some occasions.

I love the Run, Jog, walk track upstairs. They have a Steam and dry sauna and they offer many classes on the court floor. They also have racket courts. Its a cool place and easy to find in Silverdale.

The sense of community stands out most. It’s a welcoming, supportive place for families, and the staff genuinely care about helping everyone feel included and stay active.

This place does not accommodate to basketball at all. They do not have the actual basketball court open for basketball but literally 20% of the time. There are lots of basketball in Silverdale who just don’t even bother coming here because they want to give the basketball court to every other activity except for basketball. They have essentially severely hindered the local basketball community here in Silverdale/Poulsbo. Build something to allow basketball players to be able to play basketball. You guys collect a lot of money it is not impossible to change or update the building to create enough space for everyone. Basketball courts are for basketball and when you allow all of the other activities to occur on the court these peoplle are not even respecting the court itself. They wear outdoor shoes and walk right onto the court and it brings dirt and dust to the floor and then the staff doesn’t even bother wiping the courts when they are done. They damage the court with non basketball court shoes when these elderly folks come in and do their dance classes and take the wax off of the floor. This creates a much less safe environment for the players when they try to play on your courts. Something needs to be done because there are tons of 15 and under aged players who just want to play and you are only giving them time after 7:30 PM when that is not the time for every young person to be out they need a wider range of available times to chase their dreams and passions and instead you are giving 80% of the court time to middle aged people who have no future in earning a scholarship to play pickleball. Invest in the community, the kids do not want pickleball they want basketball and even volleyball. Open up half the court at least to 50% of the day not just 6am-8pm when kids are going getting ready for school or 7:30-9:30 when they should be resting or eating dinner with their families.
