  Great. Love the place, wife, kiddo and i utilize their classes all the time HOWEVER.....minus one start for your pool. I dont know who built it or put the texture on the bottom of the pool but it really really needs to get fixed. It is extremely sharp and very very rough. Every time we go into the pool for our kids class, we always, without fail will get our feet torn up and get cuts. This morning i was forced to rock two band aids on the bottom of my toes from the bottom of the poll tearing up my feet. Dear god fix this PLEASE

  My experience here at this facility is/was amazing. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The equipment is always clean and sanitized and everyone treats you like family.

  If you are looking for a childcare program that partners with families, look elsewhere. Haselwood Family YMCA administration is entirely unprofessional, dismisses young children prematurely, and makes unilateral decisions for families without the parent's input or knowledge. ​My 6-year-old was dismissed on his fourth day of summer camp. After a second behavioral challenge (day one... typical and day 4), I had a productive conversation with a staff member, and we made a verbal agreement to collaborate on behavioral strategies and keep him enrolled. Less than an hour later, camp leadership completely reversed that agreement without ever speaking to me. ​Worse than breaking their word was their egregious breach of protocol. Instead of calling me—his mother and the person paying for the program—to discuss his removal, the camp coordinator communicated his dismissal and discussed refund options with an "authorized pickup" who is not his legal guardian. ​When I reached out in writing to address this massive lapse in communication and ask why our proactive plan was abandoned, the camp coordinator ignored my emails for days, leaving a working parent completely in the dark about her child’s care status. Only to call 5 days later with a different excuse "its not a right fit." You deal with children who struggle with new schedules. That's parenting 101 knowledge. ​They do not follow basic childcare protocols, they will bypass a parent to speak to non-guardians about your child’s enrollment, and they refuse to communicate when they know they are in the wrong. I highly recommend finding a facility that actually respects parents and honors its commitments.

  I am new to the"Exerice-Gym world" but was truly amazed at the choices you could make. Tons of equipment, different pools. Hot tub sauna, daycare. A very popular place and well worth the cost.
