- DCDom C3 days ago1.0Was exited to try out the place to only find out when it was too late that a "family membership" dosen't include child watch? Not sure why its called a family membership if family is not included.
- TKThomas KuhnsAug 10, 20263.0Been attending for about 5 years now. This location is nice, the senior swim staff leave much to be desired with kids classes. Today the front desk had four folks, but child watch was understaffed and at capacity with a lengthy line of users paying for the service. Constructively, the sister locations in Bremerton and Gig Harbor are extremely effective all around. Additionally they are great at hiring caring and effective staff. Management could pickup some lessons from those folks.

I dont know who built it or put the texture on the bottom of the pool but it really really needs to get fixed. It is extremely sharp and very very rough. Every time we go into the pool for our kids class, we always, without fail will get our feet torn up and get cuts. This morning i was forced to rock two band aids on the bottom of my toes from the bottom of the poll tearing up my feet. Dear god fix this PLEASE
