  Walked into the lobby at about 9:40 a.m. to ask a question. The lobby attendant told me to leave. I repeated the question, and the lobby attendant made up an answer that was completely incorrect. Not once did the lobby attendant look up from his mobile device. He never once made eye contact with me. He was disrespectful and insulting the way he treated me. It was not the person in the provided photo, but it was the person who was on shift that day at that time stationed at that location.

  Moving out of our house was such a difficult steps for us and especially since we’ve lived there for 44 years. Murano made this change extremely easy and stress free. The staff here is amazing, incredibly attentive and so helpful and warm. Besides the staff, the residents are what makes Murano so special. Friendly, talented and engaging individuals is what makes this community grow. We are so lucky to live here. Life is good! Bobbie Johnson

  today, one of their valet car drivers almost hit me with a car. Considering the amount of elderly people living in this neighborhood that is extremely unsafe. I was walking on the sidewalk and their driver was coming out of the alleyway in which they park their cars.
