We moved to Seattle from the East coast and I was honestly pretty nervous about finding good childcare in a brand new city, but this place made everything so much easier on us. My daughter started in the toddler class with Ruby. Ruby was so kind and patient with her and really helped her feel comfortable right from the start. Now she’s in early preschool with Shantea, who has been amazing too, so caring and really invested in helping her learn and grow. They do a lot of art, music, and movement activities and she’s learned so much, she talks way more now and can even put her own jacket on! We also have to give a shoutout to Cherie, who my daughter absolutely loves, and to Melissa and Brenna for running such a warm, welcoming center. We’re moving to a place closer to home soon, but we’re so grateful for the time she’s had here. Definitely recommend it!

From the administration team and directors to the teachers, everyone has been warm, welcoming, and genuinely supportive from day one. The infant room teachers have been especially amazing with our daughter. They are kind, attentive, and clearly love what they do. Our daughter has thrived in their care, and it says a lot that she gets excited as we walk into the center each morning. As first-time parents, we also greatly appreciated the daily updates and photos, especially during those first few weeks. They provided so much reassurance and helped us feel connected throughout the day. We are incredibly grateful for the care, love, and positive environment Bright Horizons has provided for our family.
