Super rude employees, don't even greet you even when you say hi first and look at you like you're dirt on the ground. Very judgmental people too, will out loud criticize your items and how fast you're going, yet won't lift a finger to help. This one lady in particular in a ponytail was having a BAD day, grumbling about how stuff was "old" and "garbage" even though it was mostly just clothes and books...? Almost like she would've rather I threw them away instead lol. Two stars though because there was one nice and helpful employee that let me know that they couldn't take furniture and to take it to the other location!

This is just a parking lot with a large truck and bins and a few employees. The staff are very disgruntled and swear at each other. I arrived a few minutes early and waited in my car as instructed. I could hear them griping that I had “brought furniture” (which they do not accept). I didn’t realize 2 small shoe racks were considered furniture and had to take them back home. I get that this isn’t a glamorous job but I don’t like feeling like a burden when I use their services.

We needed to head to Ballard for a different appointment, so brought some donation items with us to drop off. They still had plenty of room in the truck, but said we would have to wait until the next truck arrived. "How long?" "Ten minutes, maybe longer." "We have to catch a ferry." "OK, then go catch your ferry." "But then I won't be dropping off our stuff here." "That's fine." They truly couldn't care less. I was clearly interrupting their break time. They couldn't be bothered with our donation. Next time we will drop off local in Bainbridge Island. This place was a waste of time and gas for us.

Everyone had to wait to get to the front of the line before bring their donations up. Then they would not take a card table topper for playing poker.
