I have been trying to resolve an ongoing noise issue with the nearby daycare in a respectful and reasonable manner, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. When I called the main customer service number, I spoke with a very kind representative who assured me that the district manager would contact me to discuss my concerns. Unfortunately, I never received that callback. I also spoke with the school manager directly. In my experience, the conversation was dismissive rather than productive. I explained that the prolonged, high-pitched screaming from a few children echoes throughout the surrounding apartment community and has become a daily disruption for nearby residents. I was told that the children are allowed to scream as a form of self-expression. While I understand the importance of allowing children to express themselves, I believe there should also be reasonable consideration for the people who live nearby and are affected by the constant noise. I work from home several days each week, and the screaming is loud enough to be heard clearly inside my apartment, even with the windows closed. This has become a recurring quality-of-life issue. If this continues without any effort to address it, I will have no choice but to contact the local police non-emergency line to request a welfare check whenever I hear prolonged screaming that reasonably causes concern. When children are screaming continuously at such an extreme volume, it can be difficult for nearby residents to distinguish normal play from a child who may genuinely need help. I sincerely hope the daycare will work with the surrounding community so that this situation can be resolved without further escalation.

I love the comments from Zoe. We do need to appreciate the people that take care of our children. If they get sick often give them vitamins, give them immune building foods. My girl has a low immune system and easily gets sick. I googled some food options, not that hard. She wears hearing aids also. I was at a different Kindercare it was dirty, she came home dirty and frustrated each day. They didnt try to keep the hearing aids in or try to potty train her. They didnt have enough staff. A bad experience. Since at the Kennydale Kindercare I see the whole team is kind and really help the kids have a fun experience. My kiddo they keep her hearing aids in and I have noticed a big differance as she is learning more words and phrases. She comes home clean well for a toddler. They are potty training her and lets be real I'm assisting them since she is there so much of the day. She is excelling in all areas since she has been there. I am so happy with them and am happy to support this Kindercare. I would recommend to anybody!!

I feel like the other reviews on here are a bit ridiculous. First of all, toddlers in general are dirty, sticky little people that not only wash their hands poorly but also like to play in the sink. Which is why their hands are probably wet and why the toys are sticky by the end of the day. I have been there at the end when they are cleaning everything so I know it happens! I have also dropped off early when everything is neat and tidy in the rooms. This is our first day in the toddler discovery room and there IS soap in the low sinks. Probably because the kids are older and know not to play with and eat the soap. Pretty sure just about everyone with a kid around two (Todd C room age) would agree that leaving soap out for 13 two year olds would be a flipping disaster! As for your kids getting sick during cold season when they start daycare, really?? Kids get colds all the time. The only reason this isn't a five star is because the tissue they offer is like the scratchiest stuff I have ever used (It's like wiping sandpaper across your face) and the free crackers they offer get all over my car. These are the only things worth complaint. Show some appreciation for the people that wipe your kid's butt and snotty nose all day so that you can go to work!
