Prior to visiting the different Kindercare centres, we knew As parents, it truly mattered what kind of care our son received from his very start of "school" and from the tour at this centre, we knew he would be in great hands. In our opinion, The leadership of a centre is what will determine the general feel and drive even for the staff. The leadership at Meridian, makes us feel at home, as they are proactive in listening to our needs, concerns, suggestions which makes us feel confident in the kind of care given to our son. Thank you Jenny, Bree and Kaitlyn. We truly appreciate all the effort. Grateful that we began the journey here.

We previously had good care at this center. But our last year here, there was turnover in the before and after school care and management. New management and caretakers weren’t very communicative. Prices were raised by a ridiculous amount without clear communication. Always has to review the charges because we wouldn’t receive the 2nd child discount and were billed incorrectly. I would speak to a manager or asst mgr when I came in out not having my kids in during breaks, but then would still be charged when I was told otherwise. Would ask for someone to contact me multiple times but wouldn’t hear anything back. My kids constantly came home and said there was not enough snacks available and were hungry. When they would attend full day during breaks, they would tell me all they were fed were sandwiches and not what’s on the menu. We put our notice in to stop care and no response. Recently found out we were sent to collections! Not happy with them at all.

I was driving and the KINDERCARE bus driver had a bus load of kids that she was driving. When I looked and I saw her driving into the turn lane she was on talking on her CELL PHONE and then she was TEXTING and DRIVING with a bus load of kids after her phone call ended. I would NEVER trust any institution with the this kind of NEGLIGENCE.

I have been a stay home mom for my son for 21 months and now I am ready to get back to work. I have literally been searching for the right second home for my son. I have tour 3 day cares near my home here in Puyallup and 4 in Federal way near my job. Even though this place is a bit pricier than the others, I still found myself comparing all the daycares to this one in Puyallup. At the end of the day it really comes down to the safety and whats best for your child. I really love how clean there facility is and nice everyone is. Ive tour with them twice and both times they have been very sweet. I will definitely update my status once I have my son there for at least 2 weeks. Im pretty sure Ill still feel the same about them. I will be enrolling him tomorrow and he will be starting on the 15th of April. :)
