The Skagit Valley Family YMCA's flagship location, complete with an aquatics center, indoor track, weight room/wellness center, and gymnasium.
The Y is a cause-driven organization focused on three key areas: youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. We believe a strong community can only be achieved when we invest in our kids, our health, and our neighbors. Our programs, services, and initiatives enable youth to realize their potential, offer families ways to have fun together, empower people to be healthier in spirit, mind, and body, welcome and embrace newcomers, and help foster social responsibility.
When you join the Skagit Valley Family YMCA, you're not just joining a gym, you're becoming part of a community.

- Front desk staff are dismissive or completely ignore you. Happens nearly every time.
- Lap swimming pool is basically for swim team only. They take mornings and afternoons to evenings. You pay $145.00 month for basically no access.
- Lazy river closed few times a week for physical therapy which bummer.
- Not really a teen area for older kids. They got a couple motion sensor screens that aren’t great.
- Basketball courts are often taken and unavailable.
Grew up going to YMCA and worked at two of them for many years. Pretty dissatisfied especially for price of family. I’d pay to just use pool but not wanting to pay $20.00 for single adult day pass. Add partner and kids and you’re spending good account money for somewhere supposed to be family friendly and non profit. Other pools a nickel comparatively.

Excellent facility featuring a high-quality basketball court and a comprehensive upstairs gym. The modern equipment selection supports a wide range of training modalities. The primary drawback is the Sunday schedule; the current 12 PM – 4 PM window is insufficient for the community's needs on a weekend. Extending these hours would greatly improve the value proposition of the membership.
