  My family has been coming here since it opened and its really sad to see what this place has turned into 😕. Even as a paying member, you can no longer go to the pool in the summer at your convenience due to "safety reasons". They limit kids in their community from having fun at the pool. I had no idea of this new rule or when it was implemented as they never deemed it important enough to inform their customers of this obviously ludicrous and not fair change. The pool is essentially now first come first serve with zero time limits on pool time. You could be sitting on the waitlist a while. So you can imagine my displeasure when I showed up with my son and got dressed for the pool and headed out to play in the toddler area like we always do, only to be kicked out because we didnt have the approved wristband due to this new rule. There was nobody else in the toddler play area. Zero other people. I expressed my concerns with the front desk and they could not care any less about the unfairness of it all. The logic to limit your pool numbers in the summer is ridiculously over reaching, especially since ive seen more people at the pool in the winter time, but summer time they don't want your kids to have fun at their pool if you don't get there in time it seems. They tell me it's because they dont have enough lifeguards. Hmmm MAYBE PAY THEM MORE DIDYOU EVEN THINK OF THAT? Maybe care about your operations a little more instead of whatever the hell management is doing. It sucks that this is the thing that made me cancel because its a fun pool for little ones but im so tired of this nanny style over reach with zero consideration for informing their customers. They act like you cant watch your own kid in the pool for crying out loud. Its very telling about how management operates by only replying to the reviews praising the dump. Why dont you address your unhappy customers? They obviously dont give a damn about us.

  Great place for exercise. Not enough disabled parking spots, and the electric vehicle parking is closer than disabled, I don't understand.

  Such a nice place to go with the family they have a day care for my 1 year old so I can play in the pool with my 5 year old. Or just go upstairs and work out love going here

  Love it here!!! Great place with so many different ways to get exercise in. There is even a track overlooking the gym! Love the lazy river too.
