Our experience with KinderCare Mill Creek has been truly exceptional. My son was born during COVID and is naturally shy, which made finding the right daycare very stressful for us. Before coming here, we tried two other daycares in the area and unfortunately had very difficult experiences. It was affecting my ability to work and, as a mom, I was devastated trying to find the right place where my son would feel safe and cared for. Another mom who had been in a similar situation recommended KinderCare Mill Creek, and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. From the very beginning, the teachers showed genuine care and love for my son. They were patient, attentive, and really took the time to help him adjust. Within just a few weeks, he went from being anxious about daycare to actually loving going every day. Since Director Brittany joined, the center has become even more impressive. She has brought great structure, organization, and discipline to the program, and you can truly see the positive impact across the center. It feels like the daycare is continuing to grow and reach the next level under her leadership. Not only did my son gain confidence and make many friends, but he also learned so much during his time there. He started reading, developed important social skills, and was even potty trained with their support. I am incredibly grateful to the entire team at KinderCare Mill Creek. If you are looking for a daycare where teachers genuinely care about your child’s well-being and development, I highly recommend this center to any parent.

We have been with Mill Creek Kindercare for 5 years, from infant to pre-k. The professional and personal connection and support has been nothing short of amazing. We’ve been through the transitions of staffing through Covid, from almost all the teachers all the way to director, and as the new staff came on, they did so with grace and integrity. Keturah (Ms. K, as the newest director has brought such a loving light to the already incredible staff. We couldn’t have been more blessed to have such a wonderful team of caregivers during this chapter of navigating work and raising a child.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE!! What a horrific experience from start to finish. The only staff the infant room has is teenage girls who are clueless with how to care for babies the exception of one girl named Jordyn. I repeatedly asked for simple normal requests that were denied and flat out ignored. They care for one baby there and the rest are left on the floor all day not held or cared for at all. I had to leave my baby girl on the ground day after day after day while ONE child is favored cuddled and cared for by her and the rest are left to fend for themselves by the morning teacher. I asked over and over and over again that my baby at least be greeted and held so I could at least put her bottles and food away for the day and that simple request was never granted after months of asking. I come in and the same ONE baby is being fed breakfast while I have to leave mine on the ground and she may or may not get any food til 10 am or noon at the earliest some days. That same child is allowed to attend the daycare sick continuously even after I called the health department about the situation. I didn’t have the energy to escalate the situation any further. Finally one day I walked in to see the same thing the same one child being cared for fed breakfast while the others are left to wander around alone. And I knew my only choice was just to leave my baby on the ground AGAIN not knowing when or if she would even be fed that day (because I had to repeatedly remind them she had food just so they would give it to her). I know that the morning teacher only cares for and favors that one baby and I just couldn’t bear it anymore I grabbed my baby and walked out. I wasn’t about to keep leaving my baby girl on the ground while one kid gets to eat and the others just have to watch it was sickening. Please whatever you do, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BABY in there care this place is awful. I have heard horror stories of kindercare but figured due to the location of mill creek it would be ok. Wrong! Nothing but stress I can’t tell you how many times I walked out of that center in tears after dripping my daughter off. I had to get to work but my daughter comes first and I just could not stomach leaving her in such poor care any longer. Do your research find better care for your baby cause this place is not even safe.

Do not send your child here!! our not even two year son was found in the parking lot unattended and the school tried to hide it from us. Once we finally found out- We reported to the state and it basically swept under the rug with an “I’m sorry this happened”. There are too many very concerning safety complaints to trust then with your child’s safety. This location should have the child care license revoked.
