- WZWenhong ZhuOct 3, 20261.0If your kiddo is aggressive and is able to fight back, it will be a good place. otherwise don’t come. We got about 6 incidents there bitten by other kids, and nothing changed. They don’t really care, it’s not their kids.
- ZCZiyun ChenSep 26, 20261.0The teachers are wonderful and caring, and we truly appreciate everything they have done for our child. Unfortunately, we had serious concerns about the center’s leadership and its approach to safety. Our child had nearly 20 reported incidents in less than six months, many involving biting, as well as two significant facial injuries that resulted in scars. What concerned us most was the lack of a clear improvement plan or proactive measures from the center to prevent these incidents and keep our child safe. We raised our concerns multiple times, but unfortunately did not see meaningful improvement. We also learned that several other families decided to leave the center due to similar concerns. We are grateful to the teachers who cared for our child, but ultimately we felt that the leadership needed to take a much more proactive approach to child safety.

The staff was incredible, our daughter learned so much, and most importantly she was so happy and well taken care of. The teachers did such a great job of understanding our daughter and how to support her growth and learning. We are sad we had to take our daughter out of the center since we moved back to the east coast. We are hoping we can find a similar experience in our next center as we did with bright horizons Mercer island. We loved seeing all the pictures, details about how much/what she ate, what she was doing in the classroom, and just constant updates of seeing her play and be happy.

Spacious outdoor playground and movement room, great teachers with opportunities for professional development, organic meals, lots of events to bring the community together, and leadership that is purposeful about keeping parents informed and having a say. Bonus - the center is just off I-90 and has easy parking. Danielle, Ruth, Chandler, Amy, Catherine, Janet, Megan, and more - all friendly faces and always willing to help and answer questions.
