  We decided to withdraw our son from this school after 10 months, and unfortunately, we would not recommend it to other families. During the 10 months he attended, his class had three different teachers, which made it difficult for the children to have consistency and stability. We understand that children at this age are not expected to focus heavily on academics. However, we expected a structured environment with planned activities and guided play.Instead, the days seemed to consist mostly of unstructured free play with very little organization or purposeful engagement. Communication from the school was also disappointing. The teachers rarely communicated with parents unless we initiated the conversation ourselves. There was little proactive feedback about our child’s day, progress, or any concerns. What concerned us the most was the lack of supervision and incident reporting.There were multiple occasions when our son came home hurt, and we received no communication from the teachers or staff. When we brought these incidents to their attention, the response was that they had not seen what happened and would try to be more careful going forward. That response raised serious concerns about the level of supervision being provided. Children can certainly have accidents while playing, and we understand that. However, we expect teachers to be attentive, aware of what happens in the classroom, and to communicate incidents promptly to parents. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The only positive was when Amanda was there. She was really nice and attentive. I hope they get better!!

  My Son went here for approx 6 months and we had nothing but issues. First day - we had no idea where to drop him off as his classroom is closed that early but we weren’t told so I was late to work bc I sat with him until an employee (who passed me standing for 15 minutes) finally helped. Never once has his teacher welcomed us into the classroom or said hello unless he was hurt. I don’t even know his teachers name because she never introduced herself. Other teacher in the classroom saw him get hurt and did nothing until we went to the manager. He was hurt again with the teacher not paying attention or correcting what happened. They illegally picked my child up from school on a day they have NEVER had convent to pick up from and didn’t even bother to call us. We had the cops called and eventually figured it out ourselves. Then we switched to only before school care and not even the following week they tried to pick him up again but thankfully his school called to ask us first. Thankfully we found another alternative and canceled care immediately. We still have to pay $700 for a month of care we won’t be using. Do NOT recommend this location at all.

  We love this school! We looked at a bunch of places for somewhere we felt comfortable putting our 1 year old and this location just opened up! Everything is basically brand new, they are very clean and sterilize their toys often, they do fun activities with the kids, have a playground and even a gym! The cost was reasonable considering all you get and was less than the nanny we started with. Our little one has learned so much and after she started going to kid n us she actually goes down for naps and sleeps through the night lifesaver! We have had a great experiwnce with the school director and staff (Chantel, Amanda and Candice) and the teachers we have worked with (Miss Emily, Miss Juana, Miss Shaylee, Miss Jazzy and Miss Kira) have all been caring, dedicated and kind to us and our kiddo. Highly recommend!

  My grandson has been coming here since he was a “waddler” and is now pre k. He loves it. It is always clean, safe and well organized. The teachers need a million dollar an hour raise because they deserve it for all they do. Everyone is professional, caring and kind. Highly recommended

  My son has been attending Kids N Us since 2021. The new location at Soper Hill is absolutely beautiful! Fantastic playgrounds, great early curriculum programs, and a fabulous indoor playground for those typical rainy WA days. He loves all his teachers and friends at school. I always appreciate talking to his teachers about his achievements each day. It's a school where everyone knows your name. Highly recommend!
