- JJjessica juozapaitis2 days ago5.0I took a cycling class through the Summer Series and loved it! The class was challenging but fun and it had lots of variations in moves during the class which kept things interesting. The 45 minutes few by! Rebecca, the instructor, encouraged us to listen to our bodies and kept the positive words coming! I would definitely recommend trying one of her classes! The Y was also clean and welcoming. The check in process as a guest was super quick and easy and I never felt any sales pressure like I have at other gyms I have tried this summer. I would recommend giving the Lakewood YMCA a try if you've been thinking about it!

I thoroughly enjoy going to group classes and have really noticed a positive change in my body and mind. By far, the Y is the best gym that offers many different amenities for physical fitness.
- LMLana MarshallJun 27, 20261.0Overall, I’ve been pretty happy with this location however, today when I was in the hot tub my ankle brushed against the edge of the jet in the hot tub which was very sharp, and it removed a chunk of skin from my ankle. The staff were nice about it but just be very careful in the hot tub. I hope management is able to fix the safety issue. I would love to leave a better review if this is resolved
- SMSherrie McGintyJun 12, 20264.0They're fairly nice people the cafeteria area I guess you would call it doesn't keep their counters very clean so when you go in you want to ask for something to wipe down the table you want to sit at very overpriced they don't even have anything cheaper for senior citizens is pathetic even the monthly is outrageously priced it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's unbelievable how much money they ask for I mean my gosh most most people do not have that kind of money so I don't understand these people at all especially for seniors it's just ridiculous
