  Wonderful staff and a great facility. We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Bright Horizons Totem Lake. Although this isn’t our first daycare experience, this one truly stood out and made a noticeable difference for our child. The transition was surprisingly smooth.our child didn’t take long to adjust at all. We were honestly surprised at first, but it quickly became clear that the teachers are the real gems here. They are incredibly caring, attentive, and creates such a warm, nurturing environment that children feel comfortable and happy right away. What truly stands out is how excited our child is every day.always happy to go in the morning and full of smiles at pickup. It’s such a reassuring feeling as a parent. We’re so grateful to have found a place where our child is not only well cared for but also genuinely happy, engaged, and thriving. Highly recommend! I would give 10 stars if I could.Please continue doing a great job!

  We've had a *wonderful* experience at Bright Horizons at Totem Lake. Our child is thriving in their care! The center is brand-new and very welcoming, but the real gems are the teachers! Our child loves all of the teachers and they have been so kind and attentive in their care. We're so lucky that we decided to enroll our child here!

  We are so happy with Bright Horizons at Totem Lake! My child is learning so fast and is genuinely happy to go there every single day. The center director Subhi and all the teachers are amazing. They are incredibly kind, patient, and caring. The center itself is brand new, clean, and spacious, with a great playground and plenty of toys and learning materials. As an added bonus, the food is great and my child really enjoys the meals.

  We have been sending our son to Bright Horizons Totem Lake since it opened, and it has been an absolute pleasure working in partnership with the teachers here. They are attentive, supportive, and truly invested in the children’s well-being. The open communication has been incredibly helpful for us as new parents, and it is so reassuring to know our little boy is in a safe, nurturing environment where he can grow and learn. After researching and touring multiple daycares, I can confidently say I would highly recommend Bright Horizons Totem Lake.
