The Bright Horizons at Issaquah is an amazing place for babies to start their life journey. We happened to send our son to the center in the infant class and feel he has gone a long way already in just 3 months.Crossed all milestones, has been very social, no stranger anxiety, always feels happy, very disciplined, eats food with charm, tries new things, and most importantly, enjoys going back to school to learn and explore fun games, creative activities, meet friends, blabber, play, and express. Really happy that BH has a great center that focuses on cleanliness, STEM activities, caring and loving teachers, and a very cheerful environment for kids to grow, learn, and explore. Kudos to Saki, Jessica, Mariah, and all the teachers who help my son learn and discover the secrets of life. They seem to be on the mission to make every child feel precious and care with utmost attention throughout the day. Thanks for making it so seamless, I know how much effort you all put into this, big cheers to you all!!! Plus, Center Director Stephanie is a perfect example of seamless coordination, making sure each child gets care over and beyond their needs, and always prioritizing children's safety and a fun environment across all ages. I am super confident about my son's future milestones and looking forward to him running as he moves into his toddler phase.

We have had all three of our children attend Bright Horizons, with two of them attending the Highlands location, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The staff is always so welcoming, caring, and loving toward our children. It truly feels like a second home for our family, and we’ve always felt confident knowing our kids are in such wonderful hands. Some of the teachers have been with our family since our children were babies. They’ve supported us through tough transitions, celebrated the milestones along the way, and continue to greet and check in on our older children even now that they’re in preschool and elementary school. That level of genuine care and connection means so much to our family. We’re incredibly grateful for the wonderful people at Bright Horizons Highlands!

We’ve had a good experience with the daycare so far. My daughter started about a month ago, and the first few weeks of transition were definitely hard for her. We really appreciated that one of her teachers took extra care to help her feel comfortable and settle in. Now that she has adjusted, we can see that she genuinely enjoys going to school, which is very reassuring for us. We really like the variety of activities they plan for the kids and how engaged they keep them throughout the day. The food is also good and has a nice variety. Overall, we’ve had a positive experience so far and are happy to see how well she has settled in and how much she enjoys her time there.

My daughter has been going here for years (since infant class, and now she's in Twos) and we've loved it. Each year she's been there she's had amazing teachers who we trusted fully. We can tell how much our daughter loves going there every day, with the wonderful teachers in her class, regular varied activities, and playtime outside every day rain or shine. There's been some teacher churn, as expected at any daycare, but we've consistently had great teachers here and many great teachers have been here for quite some time. We love the regular updates we get on the app (though I have to say the app is quite buggy) and are just a big fan that we can leave our daughter there the entire day and know that she'll be safe, well cared for, and stimulated, so much so that sometimes she doesn't want to come back home at the end of the day because she's been having so much fun. We have other friends with kids at other daycares and are familiar with many different complaints. We've had some issues -- who doesn't? -- but all were resolved quickly. We feel lucky to have a great daycare near us. One of the best things -- they're open almost year round! No need to find some backup care for 3 weeks a year like some of the other daycares.

We've been sending our kid to infant class since June, and we started out as pretty anxious parents worried about all the changes our baby would go through. The teachers in the infant class (SH and JB) have been very understanding, and communicated so many details with us about our kid's day, which helped us a lot. They are also very communicative about any menu changes and whenever they notice something about our kid. Now our kid is fully settled into the routine and we feel our kid is safe and most importantly having a great time! The classroom and the facility, including all the toys and furniture, are kept very clean. One small thing is that the underground parking garage is a bit noisy (there's a loud fan) and not as clean, though I believe that's not managed by Bright Horizons. Most parents seem to park across NE High street anyway for pick ups/drop offs, which is still convenient enough.
