  Our son has been at BH since he was 6 months. Like most parents, we were incredibly anxious about leaving him, especially since he was struggling with severe eczema that required lots of care. The infant classroom teachers Saki and Jessica have been so wonderful. They moisturized him multiple times a day, were so attentive, and spent time with us at pickup every day reviewing the day, letting us know the highlights and any concerns they had. Moriah has also been a blessing as she rotates between classrooms; this made our son’s transition into Toddlers easier since she was a familiar (and beloved!) face for him. The classroom and facilities are clean. They care deeply about keeping the infants safe and healthy, and address feedback immediately. As a parent who’s had her child here 5 days a week, full time, I’ve never had a concern with bare feet in the classroom or dirtiness. I am so thankful for their help introducing solids too. The staff are extremely attentive to the menu, and help let us know if they notice any reactions that we might not have seen at home. Our son has thrived at BH and we’re so thankful to consider staff a part of “our village”. Stephani and the rest of the staff here are gems!

  I have used this facility for backup care for my almost 3year old daughter. She went to the class "twos-two" and she has had a great experience. I was concerned for her getting settled in as its new place and backup care, but the teachers (Neeti) made it simple for her. She had a great time and in no time made new friends at the location. The location is secure and kids are taken good care of.

  Our daughter has been attending this preschool since she was 18 months old (almost 3 now), and we’ve had an amazing experience. She started with Teacher Ana’s class, who is incredibly wonderful, warm, and kind. Then, she moved on to Teacher Joy and Teacher Nitu’s class, who are also wonderful and supportive. We also appreciate the school director, Stephanie, who is always there to accommodate and answer any questions we may have.

  The Bright Horizons at Issaquah is an amazing place for babies to start their life journey. We happened to send our son to the center in the infant class and feel he has gone a long way already in just 3 months.Crossed all milestones, has been very social, no stranger anxiety, always feels happy, very disciplined, eats food with charm, tries new things, and most importantly, enjoys going back to school to learn and explore fun games, creative activities, meet friends, blabber, play, and express. Really happy that BH has a great center that focuses on cleanliness, STEM activities, caring and loving teachers, and a very cheerful environment for kids to grow, learn, and explore. Kudos to Saki, Jessica, Mariah, and all the teachers who help my son learn and discover the secrets of life. They seem to be on the mission to make every child feel precious and care with utmost attention throughout the day. Thanks for making it so seamless, I know how much effort you all put into this, big cheers to you all!!! Plus, Center Director Stephanie is a perfect example of seamless coordination, making sure each child gets care over and beyond their needs, and always prioritizing children's safety and a fun environment across all ages. I am super confident about my son's future milestones and looking forward to him running as he moves into his toddler phase.

  We went to BH highlands for backup care in the age two class room 2 days in a row. the teachers are amazing, very high energy, there are a lot of activities arranged throughout the day as well. My kid had a lot of fun and was looking forward to go back. We are seriously considering switching to BH after the stay.
