  So much good to say I don’t even know where to start so first I will speak on how the staff (especially Scott and Abram) care about their clients. As a current employee, it’s undeniable that they genuinely care about the well-being of all of the clients. They want all their clients to be treated with the upmost respect. They show genuine, great concern about companionship and their mental health. It’s very clear that their first priority is Training their employees to provide excellent care and service for every client. As for their employees, they make it very easy, very comfortable to be able to express any concerns In a safe open environment. They go above and beyond to make sure that all of the in-home caregivers understand the high expectation of care this company will be providing. to your loved ones. This company, especially the Centralia location I would highly recommend not only for your loved ones but also if you’re looking to get into the in-home caregiver field for employment.   I've had a genuinely great experience working here. The flexibility they offer has made such a difference in balancing my schedule, and it really shows that they understand caregivers have lives outside of work. That level of support goes a long way. The clients I've worked with have been wonderful, which makes the job feel meaningful and rewarding every day. Management is truly one of the best parts of working here-they're approachable, supportive, and actually take the time to listen and respond to concerns. It creates an environment where you feel heard and valued. The training process was also a standout for me. It was engaging, well-organized, and honestly fun, which made getting started feel a lot less intimidating. You can tell they put real effort into setting employees up for success. And I have to mention the snacks in the office-such a small detail, but it really adds to the welcoming, positive atmosphere. Overall, it's a place where you feel supported, appreciated, and motivated to do your best work.
