  Merrill Gardens is a very nice place. Staff is attentive to needs, especially in the memory care unit. Banesa and staff do a great job. Mary Jane at the front desk is always smiling & helpful.

  This was my whole experience visiting this office where seniors leave independently and the receptionist name Mary Jone is an incredible in first impression. She welcomed me warmly right as I walked through the door. She assisted me with everything I needed, patiently guided me through the sign-in process, and answered all my questions with absolute respect. Her professionalism completely set the tone for a great visit. Highly recommend!

  Merrill Gardens is amazing! We had a situation where we had to get my dad there fast and they were able to accommodate us within a couple of days! All the staff is incredible! Very caring, great communication, thorough, clean facility, etc! I would highly recommend Merrill Gardens for senior living!!! Thank you especially Sarah, Jace and Gabrielle!!!

  My mom has been at the Burien Merrill Gardens since May of 2017. The staff is wonderful. Jace the supervisor over the serving staff takes the time to know the residents names and what their preferences are and has the serving staff take the same care.

  Our sibling has resided at Merrill Gardens Burien for over three years and we are extremely grateful to the professional staff members for their care, their compassion, and equally so, their character. From day one and every day since, they go above and beyond, regardless of their respective job titles -and- always with a smile! Many thanks to Jace, Mary Jane ("MJ"), Banesa, Christy, Gabrielle ("Gabby"), Lorel, Lula, Lydia, Robert, Robie, Robyn, and Trevor. They're simply extraordinary.
