  My late uncle lived at Merrill Gardens in Burien and our family had a wonderful experience. The community has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The building is clean and well maintained, and the staff always treated him with kindness and respect. The location is also excellent. It’s in a convenient part of Burien, close to shops, restaurants and a cute Farmers Market, but still feeling like a quiet and comfortable place to live. I especially want to recognize Robert from the maintenance team. He consistently went above and beyond to help my uncle whenever he needed assistance. He was always friendly, professional, and quick to respond. It was clear that he genuinely cared about the residents. Thank you to Robert and the entire team for creating such a caring and supportive community. We truly appreciate everything you have done for our family!

  Recently I had an issue in my apartment and needed assistance. Robert, the lead maintenance man was quick to respond to my needs. He assisted in moving my things and setting me up in another apartment while repairs were made in my unit. He was also one to quickly respond if I needed additional things from my unit. Once repairs were completed he and his assistant were right on the spot in helping return everything to their proper place. Over the past year I’ve also witnessed Robert dealing quickly and efficiently with the needs of our homes and of our tenants. Robert deserves recognition for his hard work and caring attitude. Thank you Robert and keep up the good work.

  Life at Merrill Gardens, Burien, is definitely bettered by the presence of Robert, head of maintenance. He is unfailingly responsive to any request, and handles daily problems with expedience and skill. He has been a life-saver on countless occasions to many of us, and we are so fortunate to have him on our staff.

  First off let's start with the location. This Area has a Seasonal Farmers Market and a bunch of great Grocery chains and other amazing local amenities. I went in for a tour and first impressions are everything of course, very clean and welcoming staff, the Garden house supervisor was very helpful and informative as im looking into bringing my father to this wonderful community. i felt very much at home and defiantly recommend this Merrill Gardens here in Burien.

  The maintenance staff, Robert in particular, is incredibly hard working, thorough and top notch. He not only cares for all aspects of the building, he cares about the residents. He knows each by name and takes the time to stop in and check on folks. He is meticulous. Merrill Gardens Burien is a lovely community of caring staff with great amenities for the residents.
