- KMKimberly Mustafa3 days ago1.0This place is a zoo is no security. They refuse to fix the gate. Every delivery is stolen people that are not old enough to live. Here are being running this whole entire place and management acts like it’s OK.
- TLTerrill LynchJun 6, 20263.0It's an apartment complex for senior citizens 55 and older plus low income (Section 8) too.
- SMSilvia Gadberry MuhammadJan 31, 20251.0We moved in on Oct 2024 and thus far it’s not been too great!! The rain comes through breezeway and lands right in front of our door! We have gotten a squeeshy to get rid of all the standing water. This is a 55+ community and they can’t figure out a way to help us with this problem! My husband is 73 and doesn’t work for this place but everytime it rains he’s the one having to deal with this so we can just come out our front door! No one really seems to care about the problem whatsoever.. We are not on any assistance for housing we pay FULL RENT TO THE TUNE OF 1900 dollars a month and this is not ok! Stay away from this place…….
