  We had the most amazing experience at BH Bothell! Our son was just over a year old and it was his first time in care, so we were quite nervous, but immediately they showed him so much patience, care and comfort. His confidence grew significantly while at BH and we saw so many positive changes at home in his ability to be independent, communicate, and express himself. Every teacher and director we interacted with was amazing and communication through the app was wonderful. The facilities are also beautiful, clean, and welcoming. We will forever be grateful to them and recommend them highly.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Bright Horizons Bothell today. I went in for a tour, but the staff member who assisted us was extremely cold and unwelcoming. She didn’t even greet or acknowledge my child, which was quite off-putting. The tour itself felt rushed and uninformative. We were only shown the hallway and playground, and when I asked to see inside a classroom, I was told that it wasn’t allowed and that I could only look from outside. I was also told that I would only be able to properly see the classroom after registering, which didn’t feel right. Additionally, when I asked questions, I was simply told to “Google it,” which is not the level of support or professionalism I expected. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this location to other families.

  I am extremely impressed with the care my child receives at Bright Horizons Bothell. The staff is incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, always ensuring my child feels safe, loved, and engaged. The environment is nurturing and stimulating, with fun and educational activities that help my child grow both mentally and socially. I truly appreciate the excellent communication from the team—they always keep me updated on my child's progress, and I feel involved in their development.

  We have been sending both of kids to this daycare more than a year and we are very satisfied. Our kids are happy to go to school and we feel safe to leave our kids there through out the day. All the teachers we met so far are very caring and loving and willing to help. :)

  Some of our observations - 1. Classroom especially for toddlers are very small compared to a nearby daycare center. 2. At least the teacher we interacted with had zero empathy. 3. Outdoor playing toys were faded and old. 4. Management was responsive to our requests. 5. Tuition fees for toddler is expensive for the quality of service received.
