  We had a very positive experience at Factoria KinderCare in the infant room! The current director is very responsive and flexible to work with our schedules. All the teachers are loving and detail oriented. Communications have been great to. Our son spent a few months in the infant room and adjust to the new environment well and seems happy everyday. Lastly, he has never gotten sick even once during his time there. Part of it might be luck, but other part I would attribute to deligent cleaning by the staff. Kudos!

  We love Kindercare Factoria!! Both of our kids have attended for the last 3+ years. All the staff here really care about our kids well-being. Ms. Agnes (director) and Ms. Raksha (asst director) are both deeply involved, available, and invested in the kids and their families. We are incredibly grateful for their support and engagement. Ms. Anna, Ms. Ginni, Ms. Emily, Ms. Helen, Ms. Katie, Ms. Alexia and Ms. Beata have all been so wonderful with our kids. It's hard to be a full-time working mom, but being able to trust my children's teachers completely, eases my heart. They are safe, well cared for, learning, and having fun. Our son is currently with Ms. Helen and he absolutely loves going to "school" and playing with his friends. He's already learned sooo much being in her class this year - big credit to her. She is so patient and caring with him. My daughter was most recently in Ms. Beata's class and was more than prepared for kindergarten both academically and socially. We were so impressed with her ability to balance the kids need for independence, while remaining empathetic. She has years of experience, fosters an environment that celebrates curiosity and encourages growth, which helped build my daughter's confidence and love of learning. We also have loved our experience with Ms. Emily. My daughter's emotional development thrived during her time in Ms. Emily's class and the lessons she taught continue to resonate. She built an emotional connection that helped my daughter feel comfortable being vulnerable and embrace learning. We highly recommend Kindercare Factoria!!

  Both administrators and teachers are incredibly friendly and attentive at Factoria KinderCare. Our little one enjoys being there, and we’re pleased with the care he receives :)

  Our son has been going to Kindercare in Factoria for nearly a year now and he LOVES it. All his teachers are kind and clearly love working with children. Each day they plan new activities and ensure all the children have great learning experiences. My son is 2 and a half and his talking and social skills have come on leaps and bounds since attending Kindercare compared with his previous daycare. Given the challenges with COVID19 this year we were concerned about him being in daycare. The center stayed open for essential workers throughout the entirety of the pandemic and I've not heard of a single issue of a case of COVID being contracted. The classes have been modified to cope with smaller groups of children (even the little ones), and processes have been put in place to ensure the safety for everyone - children, parents and teachers. He still gets to do all the things he's used to, including playing outside, and I know the environment is safe for him. I can't recommend this center enough, they make every day special for our little boy, and I feel safe and content knowing he spends his days there in such safe hands. Thank you Agnes and team!

  Both of my children attended Kinder Care full time. Now the younger one is also graduating, I wanted to leave a thank you note for a wonderful five and a half years. We are lucky to have a group of very experienced teachers. They have different styles. Some focus on academics and some pay more attention to social development etc. Nonetheless I have to say we loved every single teacher our kids have had. They cared about the kids. When the little ones cannot wait to go to school every morning, we know something is right.
