  This place has way less flexibility than any other places we used before. If your schedule occasionally needs a little more flexibility, go find another place. This place also does not seem in sync with the company's online system. If there is any mismatch or adjustment, you have to solve it yourself. They just told me they can't help. If you are still reading, enjoy this place and I want more people to feel my disappointment.

  I have both of my kiddos at BH Spring District (1 year old room; Kinderprep) and we're loving our experience with the center and staff. The kiddos are thriving and enjoy going to school. It feels like a family where everyone says hi and knows each other. The facility is new and light filled, which is very nice.

  Our family has had a wonderful experience with Bright Horizons Spring District over the past few years. Both of our sons attended, and most recently, our younger son has been there for the past two years. We’ve seen him grow so much during his time here, and it has been truly meaningful for our family. The teachers and staff at the center are caring, attentive, and dedicated. They create a warm and supportive environment where children can thrive, learn, and feel safe. We always felt that our son was in great hands. We are incredibly grateful for everything the team has done for our son and our family. We will truly miss everyone and all the special moments he’s had here. We will be back to visit and return for backup care for sure!

  I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this center’s handling of backup care. I submitted a request because my primary center was unavailable. Even though I received a confirmation email for the backup care, I was turned away when I arrived to drop off my child. The staff claimed the reservation had been canceled and that they had informed the backup care team—yet I received no communication from either the center or backup care regarding this cancellation. Childcare is meant to support parents and save their time, but this experience was the exact opposite. I had already completed all the necessary forms for backup care on Friday, taking time to ensure everything was in order. Despite this, my time and effort were disregarded. I ended up wasting over an hour at the center with my child, only to be told I had no reservation. I’m extremely dissatisfied with how this was handled and hope no other parent has to face such an inconvenience. Update: Received an apology email today from backup care, It seems the center cancelled my reservation on time however the backup care office did not do their job correctly to notify me.
