We have had a wonderful experience at KinderCare Auburn, and we are so grateful to the amazing staff for taking such great care of our son.
A special thank you to Jessica, Holly, Ms. Kim, Taylor, and Ms. Berry. They are all caring, patient, and supportive teachers who truly make a difference.
Jessica has always listened carefully to our questions and concerns. Even when we didn’t have major issues, she took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make us feel comfortable. Her support and communication have been outstanding.
Holly has also been incredibly kind and helpful, always making us feel welcome and supported.
A special thank you to Ms. Kim. Although she is a newer teacher, our son absolutely loves her. It’s heartwarming to see how excited he is to be with her, and it’s clear that she has built a wonderful bond with him in such a short time.
Taylor and Ms. Berry have also been fantastic. Their kindness, patience, and dedication have helped our son feel comfortable, safe, and happy at daycare.

Auburn KinderCare management and staff were mostly incompetent when our children went there. I say mostly because there was one staff person that was exceptional.
Here's the synopsis: the place is dirty, it stinks, it's small, it's political, staff are highly underpaid, snacks were consistently crackers and other unhealthy choices, and there's a lot of other things I could say that I'll just keep quiet about.
I can give you one example though: the manager and infant care worker were both in the infant room. At the time, they had a child that was a known biter. While the facility manager and infant care worker were both in the room, our child was bit on the face. The room is small so how two grown childcare workers both missed this, I can only guess. Sure, accidents happen, but clearly they weren't paying attention.
We left KinderCare to go to Bright Horizons... it was one of the BEST decisions we'd ever made. Everything was clean. Competent, trained teachers, friendly management, rooms were larger, staff was well-paid, I could go on and on.

First off let my start by saying the felicity is always clean and they greet parents and children by names. My family and I recently moved here from Indiana in July. We were in search for a daycare that had that welcoming feel when you walked into the doors. That had staff that was knowledgeable of common questions asked by parents that wanted to feel trusted leaving our 3 year old with. Sierra and Jen answered all of our questions and gave great insight of daily routines there and protocols. The staff is amazing. I feel great dropping my kid off knowing she will be taken care of properly. We searched about 8 different daycares and chose this one for many reasons. We plan to keep our daughter here until she starts school.

My 2 year old has been at the Auburn, WA location for about 8 or so months now and we LOVE it there. Everyone is so friendly and patient with the kids and the teacher in her class emails us pictures of her at least once a week and the admin ladies send curriculum emails too. Her teachers name is Ms Roxanne and she's awesome. Franny is really great too, actually they all are! We love it. They're super clean and put a notice out any time a highly contagious bug gets diagnosed in one of the kids. A little pricey but to me it's worth it to know who's caring for my kid.
