  From the start this place has been one problem after another. To start the first week on day 2 my 2 year old was bit leaving a bruise, on day 4 a child through a block at my child cutting her forehead. They have a a rotation of new teachers every other month (due to poor hiring and firing IDK.) for inconsistent care and scheduling for your children. It has gotten to the point they called me and my wife on a friday shortly after drop off to see if we are able to pickup early. The director claimed we would see a credit on the billing but nothing never posted. Me and my wife had fraud on are cards so we got new ones so we were two weeks behind, came in on a Monday knowing there should be a balance and was told no there is no balance NOTHING IS OWED. Four days later on a Friday we are told oh there is a balance made a large payment and informed the center the rest would be paid next week due to this error on the centers behalf. Welp three days later on Monday we are told she cant come back until the balance is paid even though agreement was made.

  My child loves it here. We had a hard time getting her to go home. This place is also one of the few places that offer food services to the children

  i was recommended a+ by a friend and my son has been enrolled for about a month now. we LOVE it. all of the teachers are so sweet and helpful. mr shawn does amazing with his kids and you can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. i also love that you need a key fob to get in! this is the only reasonably priced daycare in yorktown but doesn’t feel like “you get what you pay for” because they are so good!!

  Ms. Sarah, Mr. Shawn, and Ms. Johnson have been amazing and love my child just as much as me. The whole staff is friendly and great with the children.

  My son has been with A+ for over 2 years. In the last year the facility has taken over new management and the transition has been incredible. I love getting daily pictures and updates of what he is doing through out the day. I feel confident my child will be prepared to start kindergarten when the time comes thanks to the curriculum A+ uses. I can not thank Mr. DeShawn, Ms. Jessica, Ms. Sara, Ms. Zane, Ms. Shirley, Ms. Christina and the entire A+ staff for loving our boy like their own. We are so grateful for this amazing facility 🍎❤️
