They are attentive, compassionate and pay attention to detail with our family members. They interact with the residents during free time. I’ve never seen them just setting or on their phone.

The nursing and care staff have call response times superior to every other community I have worked with. You will feel the warmth and sense of community from the moment you walk through their doors. The concierge team is welcoming and attentive, the life enrichment team will have engaging activities underway, and the setting makes you feel like you have just walked into a charming resort. If my mom lived in Virginia, I would definitely choose Edgeworth Park at New Town as her next home.
