  Stacy made my experience a 12/10!! I had scheduled a last minute appointment to look at dresses, because I already had one from a different store. I wasn’t expecting much, maybe just reassuring me that my dress was the one. When I arrived they had upgraded me to the highest level room, I got to walk around and choose which dresses I liked, I never felt rushed or like I was picking out too many… and Stacy actually ended up picking out the dress that I bought that day! As soon as I put it on I knew it was the one, and it wasn’t even on my list of dresses to try on. I am so happy that I went to studio I do and could not recommend them enough.

  I can’t say enough positive things about my experience at Studio I Do. Everyone there is incredibly kind and supportive. I had Samantha as my stylist, and she was absolutely amazing. She heard my vision and found me the perfect dress. The whole time, she made sure I was enjoying myself and relaxed, and made sure to include my family. My mom fell ill and was on video chat, and Samantha still made sure to make her feel included. I heard many recommendations for Studio I Do, and I’m so glad I found my dream dress there. Also, every staff member I interacted with was so nice, I don’t think you’d get a bad experience no matter who your stylist is.

  Shopping for the perfect wedding dress was an absolute stressful time for me until I walked into Studio I Do Bridals and was absolutely delighted by the beauty and organization of the boutique. I was paired with Morgan to assist with finding my dresses I felt worked for me without being too flashy, too familiar and too extravagant. Morgan took the time to understand my needs and the look I was going for and presented me with a stunning, elegant and breathtaking dress (she called her wide card) that I said yes too.🤗 I am so pleased with the entire process from ordering my dress to going in for fitting to alternations with Mitchell who is the best as well🤗, to finally picking up my dream dress for my wedding. The team is so friendly, professional and welcoming and I cannot say thank you enough for making this special life changing moment in my life such a wonderful process.   From helping my daughter find the perfect dress to providing exceptional customer service every step of the way, the experience was wonderful. My daughter felt absolutely beautiful and confident in her gown, and the compliments never stopped throughout the day. Guests repeatedly told her how stunning she looked. Thank you for helping make her wedding day so special and memorable!

  My mom and I was excited for my appointment at Studio I Do, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. As a large bridal shop, I expected a more personalized and attentive experience, especially after being asked to submit inspiration photos before my appointment. Despite sending photos in advance, it quickly became clear that my stylist had not reviewed them or understood the silhouette styles I was interested in. I found myself having to repeatedly explain my preferences, which made the appointment feel impersonal and unprepared. The store was extremely busy, and the atmosphere felt rushed from start to finish. Rather than feeling celebrated as a bride, I felt like just another appointment on the schedule. There was little individual attention or personalization, and the customer service did not meet the expectations I had for such an important experience. Finding a wedding dress is a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and I had hoped to feel seen, heard, and supported. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling overlooked and hurried. BIGGER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. If you want to feel special and seen this is not the place for you. Try one of the many boutiques that will give you a great experience. Love Bride, Virginia's Daughter and Avenir were all exceptional. Faith L.
