  We had a great experience at the Kindercare Mt Trashmore my daughter went there for 3 years and she especially had a great time in 3’s preschool classroom the teachers Ms.Tira ,Asher, and Lisa were amazing, and they created a wonderful environment for my daughter. She learned so much and built a close bond with her teachers. We really appreciate everything they did for her. They were truly dedicated and caring and cheffy is the best cook .🫶

  We couldn’t be happier with our son’s daycare! From the very beginning, the teachers have created such a warm, loving, and safe environment where he has truly thrived. It has been amazing to watch his growth over the past year. He’s learned his letters, numbers, colors, songs, and so many new skills through engaging activities and play. The staff genuinely care about each child, and it shows in the way they celebrate milestones, communicate with parents, and make learning fun. As parents, there’s no greater peace of mind than knowing your child is happy, well cared for, and excited to go to daycare each morning. Thank you for being such an important part of his growth and development. We highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for exceptional care.

  The teachers and staff are great!! The curriculum is really fun for the kids, the routine is great (play, teach, snack, outside, nap, etc.), they make friends, have holiday parties, and bring home crafts (holidays, mothers+fathers day, history month crafts, etc). Summer is super fun too! "Field trips" come to them, water play days, etc. Everyone takes great care to look out for the babies and kiddos, keeping them safe and involved. And Cookie is awesome too!! Great food for the kids and a wide variety and exposure. Love and miss yall!

  My son is in the 4 year old class and has been coming to this KinderCare since he was 2. Ever since his first day, all of the teachers have been so welcoming. Even teachers that aren’t in his class say hello to him every morning with a bright smile. The center as a whole creates an environment where you know your child can flourish. The teachers practice open communication and help create a place for your child to feel cared for and safe. My son has learned so much already and I’m excited to see him progress even more at KinderCare

  The new center director, Vanessa, is in my opinion very conniving and not compassionate at all. The place has gone downhill since she arrived. My child, who was in the infant class, was cared for wonderfully by Ms. Ebony and Ms. Faby. But they both left (probably due to poor management,) and my child went from being happy and joyful when she arrived to becoming fussy and crying every day we pulled up. As I went to withdraw my child from the center, Vanessa told me I would have to pay full tuition for a week in which my child was there for TWO HOURS OF ONE DAY! Being the business-minded woman I am, I did not settle for this answer. I will be contacting the corporate office myself if it is not resolved appropriately. Very unprofessional and un-accommodating. I also worry about the safety of the center, as they leave the passcode for the door on slips of paper sitting right on the front desk that any visitor can have access to. I do not recommend this center to anyone with babies!!!
