- AAalexAug 16, 20261.0Kids Town Learning Center suspended my child on a Friday, for the following Monday and Tuesday. They provided no official documentation for this incident and sent a message via the parent portal app several hours later that she was suspended. The incident involved her making a mess of toys. My wife recorded when she arrived and it was clear that the staff were not managing our child's behavior. Our child has a diagnosed disability and the daycare center staff have not established a care or management plan for her. The day care is aware that she has ongoing disability and learning evaluations. I am making this post to hold them accountable and have submitted VDOE and ADA reports.
- JEJacqueline EvardAug 7, 20265.0I have 3 children enrolled here, the oldest has been here for over 2 years, my middle has been since he was a baby, and my youngest has been in the nursery since she was 12 weeks old. From the moment we walk in, to the moment we leave, my kids are all adored by the staff. They are SO kind, always concerned when one is sick or hurt, and just the sweetest. My two older children are learning their letters, numbers, right vs left, colors, etc and I know they’re not learning it from me! 😂🫣 the food is varied and delicious, they’ve done fun activities this summer like a petting zoo and ice cream truck. This is an excellent facility with kind, caring staff and management.

My son has been enrolled since he was 8 months old after we had a terrible experience with a another daycare and had to pull him out. we are moving him to a different school in a month when he is 3.5. The staff at KTLC have been amazing to my son. He loves his teachers and his friends. He has feeding difficulties and the teachers have been so supportive of him. I am so sad to be leaving this place, but since moving, we needed a closer location. I feel the love every time I walk in there and I know that my son is so loved and cared for! Thank you KTLC!
