  I cannot speak for the entire center but We have had such a wonderful experience with Ms. Taronda! She is an excellent teacher who is caring, patient, attentive, and truly dedicated to the children in her classroom. You can tell that she genuinely loves what she does and takes the time to make each child feel safe, loved, and valued. Her classroom is always clean, organized, welcoming, and well-maintained. She creates a fun and engaging environment where the children can learn, grow, and develop while still having fun. Communication with parents is also wonderful. She keeps us informed and makes sure we know how our child is doing throughout the day. I truly appreciate the care, effort, and consistency she puts into her classroom. I highly recommend her to any parent looking for a teacher who will treat their child with genuine care and provide a clean, safe, and nurturing learning environment. She is truly an amazing teacher!

  My daughter went here for over a year. Her teachers name was Mrs.Taronda Hill. She was such a great teacher , always made sure my kid was taken care of and she’s very patient . My daughter still asks about her to this day and she left Kindercare 2 years ago. Her classroom was also very clean! Absolutely no concerns.

  My daughter and I have been attending since we moved to the area. We first started with the 2 year old & now we’re in school age. Kindercare has been apart of us for the last 5 years. They help with school drop off and pick ups. My daughter loves all her teachers & friends. We go all year round from school to summer camp. Watching her grow with Kindercare’s has been a sweet spot but the hardest adjustment I had was going from perfect picture days here to terrible ones at the actual schools! They do a better job here as well. I never had an issue with the teachers, location, or the network thankfully!

  Kempsville KinderCare is an amazing place for both children and their families. The caring staff and leadership make it a place where you can feel confident that your child is safe and cared for. Shelby and Tiffany especially reflect that the children’s safety, happiness, and well-being are clearly a top priority, and the kids are treated with so much love and care.

  STAY AWAY!! Not only will these people PHYSICALLY ABUSE your child but they will also emotionally abuse your kid. I walked in on my child getting his arm twisted by DESTINY who works with the 4's. To add: My child has a DISABILITY and LIMITED SPEECH!! She admitted to not allowing my child to use the bathroom. Told me that my child cannot stay at the school unless he is medicated. They exposed my child to bio hazard and told me "we clean our toilets" DISGUSTING. They will put your child in a corner and isolate them but call it a "calm down corner" And I have video proof of the center director SHELBY COLE saying my child stays in that corner FOR AS LONG AS HE NEEDS TO STAY THERE. I also have video and audio proof of my child being physically harmed. They lie so bad not knowing when they are being recorded. Put a recorder in your child's clothes and you will find out anything you want! Check the Virginia childcare site and look at their violations which shows physical abuse, they also had a child outside the gates of the school while everyone was inside and they did not even notice the baby out there. Imagine if someone driving didn't see the child! This will be released into the media with all of their recordings. Medication records for a class 2 controlled substance was filled with incorrect dates, Regional director, TIFFANY DIXON, on recording saying that they do not know where the meds and forms are kept because only the Assistant director knows and since she was on vacation, they didn't want to interrupt her vacation. Destiny 100% STILL works there.. probably abusing other kids. and AUDIO recording of her admitting to being the only teacher there with 20 kids. Probably twisted my child's arm out of frustration. Also, I reported them to have them investigated, and their legal team emailed me saying TIFFANY DIXON has given MY statement, which is weird because I have not even provided her with ANY statement as she stated she will contact me and never did. SHE IS A LIAR AND WILL COVER FOR HER STAFF. I WAS IN MY CHILD'S CLASS AND SHE TOLD ME NONE OF THAT HAPPENED BECAUSE SHE SPOKE TO SHELBY AND SHELBY WAS IN THE CLASS. BUT I HAVE VIDEO EVIDENCE SHOWING ME IN HIS CLASS AND SHELBY IN HER OFFICE EATING A SNACK AND TALKING TO SOMEONE SITTING IN HER OFFICE IN PAJAMAS!!!! She also stated that the teacher, DESTINY says she never spoke to me, but I HAVE HER ON RECORDING TALKING TO ME, IN THE CLASSROOM, WHICH ALSO SHOWS ON THE VIDEO. THEY ARE LIARS, AND VERY NASTY. DIRTY, AND DON'T CARE WHAT KIND OF FILTH YOUR CHILD IS IN. AND ANOTHER THING, WHEN YOU WALK IN, YOU CAN ALWAYS SEE THE CHILDREN USING THE BATHROOM. THEY LEAVE THE DOOR WIDE OPEN, AND COUNTLESS TIMES IVE SEEN CHILDREN EXPOSED, LITTLE BOYS AND GIRLS. A MALE TEACHER THEY USED TO HAVE, JAKAI, WAS ALSO SITTING IN FRONT OF THE BATHROOM WHILE A LITTLE GIRL HAD NOTHING BUT A SHIRT ON. I DIDN'T HAVE TO BE NEAR THE BATHROOM TO SEE EVERYTHING.
