When my mother passed I wasn't sure about the process you have to go through. We chose Lotz Funeral Home in Vinton because I went online and saw good reviews. Nothing was forced on us. The process was as easy as it can be at a time like that. We opted for a celebration of life ceremony at a place that meant a lot to my Mom. We did the viewing at Lotz and went through them for the cremation. They made things stress free. I appreciate them.

Lots of funeral home is amazing, they helped me tremendously in a desperate need for organizing my little brother‘s funeral, he died unexpectedly last year at the age of 35, Jessica did such an amazing job at helping me, organize photos and DVDs , songs and the timing Of everything, she really made my family and parents feel comfortable and at ease Right in the middle of a family tragedy!! She handled everything with care and professionalism, as if it was her own family, I am forever grateful for how the service and his memorial went, and the peace that blanketed in my family after the service and even still today, knowing that he had such an amazing service and memorial, we were able to do testimonies From several of his friends who have survived drug addiction, so not only was it a memorial it was a message and testimony to carry out to others. I think her for everything that she did for my family what an amazing place.!!!

Jessica/Jess blessed our family beyond!!! She answered endless phone calls, organized everything perfectly, and made sure the entire process of the worst time of our lives was easy. She even made us a memorial item. I don’t know what we would have done without her. She is excellent at her job & a truly caring and compassionate person. Thank you so much!
