    It took me a little time to appreciate the morning Aids who came to help my husband, and I still don’t exactly what I can ask them to do. After several weeks, I am so grateful for the fact that I can leave him for a few hours each day. After surviving more than a week on my own with a patient at risk of falling, I realized that I wasn’t the superwoman I thought I could be. With the closing of my bedroom door, and Vida in charge, I slept……. Thank you Key.

    The Key as an organization with exemplary professionals is to be highly commended for their services. My brother needed home care services. From the very beginning with Jaretta Love who helped to connect with my brother's long term care insurance and to set up the billing system directly between The Key and the insurance coverage was excellent and such a relief for me. This was made simple and easy to transact. The team that Alexandra Johnson set up with Kendra Allen and Tracy Jackson to support the care plan and the staff who served my brother were amazing in their immediate response to get him the help he needed. Mary and Fatima were so caring and compassionate in providing the important home services from making meals, doing laundry, making sure he was able to shower and dress, making sure that his hearing aids, Apple Watch, Apple Phone were all charged and working appropriately. They were able to help my brother put in his hearing aids so that he could maximize their helping him hear. I cannot say enough about the teaming and the caring services provided to my brother. I am deeply grateful for this community of support as I live in another state from my brother. This team made sure that he was supported in all his needs. With deep gratitude to The Key, the team from the beginning to the end. My brother will be moving to assisted living facility given the progression of his Parkinson's Disease. The offers to support this transition are so meaningful. Thank you on behalf of my brother for your kind, generous, and compassionate home services.
