- RDRobert DonevanSep 23, 20265.0I was first welcomed into the facility by Chip Stephenson, he was very friendly and very eager to listen to me and my needs. I actually just walked in the facility without prior notice, nevertheless, Chip made time for me. I was impressed with Chip, he's a great listener and offered suggestions that helped me, in my darkest hours, make the right decision for my Brothers burial. It was pretty easy to see i was in the right place, the atmosphere was warm and friendly as was all the staff. With Chip's guidance and support i was able to put everything together and i will forever be thankful for this. He was always close by to answer any and all questions that was asked of him. I'm very thankful to have had Chip in my corner helping me with every single detail. All in all, i was very satisfied with the service i received and i couldn't have done it alone without Chip and the good people at Lotz in Salem.
