I wish there were more than five stars because I certainly would give them more. We just had our mom’s service at Lotz - Salem and I can’t begin to give them enough praise for how they handled every detail. Kyle is exceptional! Through the whole entire process, he was patient, professional, helping, caring and kind. He truly felt like family. Thank you Kyle. Rick thank you as well for taking such good care of our mom as she left the chapel. Thank you to the entire staff. You will forever be remembered in the fondest way. May God bless you all! Each person involved showed compassion and competence in making me feel taken care of. I left the initial meeting with a clear understanding of what they would be doing on our behalf.
