  Honest, Straight Forward. Mr. Simmons & Miss Michelle are just good people. These folks understood the needs of my mother final wishes. I flew in from Texas without a clue of what I was getting into with the various services offered at the other places around town. Valley Funeral Home asked me what was NEEDED and they got to work for me and my brother. No sales pitches, no "what about". It was so nice to deal with honest people at the time when I needed to focus on what mattered. Thank You Valley. I will never forget.

  I am sorry for the delay in posting my review. Valley FH is wonderful. Michele and Buck were fantastic in working with us. The ease of everything was so appreciated and I would recommend anyone to go there, not just for the ease of arrangements but cost is much less compared to others as well. The Roanoke Valley is certainly blessed to have them and I know I was.

  They are caring and considerate of the loss that was experienced. The show of respect to family and going above and beyond. that is how a great business is ran. This place will get our family I know that they will be treated great. Buck Simmons and staff are the best
