I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and consistency we have received from this home healthcare agency.
When we first signed up for services, we were assured that aides would assist not only with caregiving, but also with light housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dishes, and helping maintain a safe and clean living environment for my mother. Unfortunately, that standard has not been maintained.
Over time, with multiple different aides, the pattern has been the same: things start off well for the first few weeks, but gradually important daily responsibilities stop being completed. The condition of my mother’s home has repeatedly declined as a result, forcing family members to step in and clean up after services that were supposed to be provided consistently.
Most concerning of all was the repeated failure to properly secure my mother’s home. Despite multiple conversations and reminders, the last aide continually failed to lock the top lock on the front door, leaving my elderly mother vulnerable and unsafe. That is completely unacceptable.
What makes this even more disappointing is that I personally knew and trusted the management, which gave me confidence that my mother would receive reliable and compassionate care. Sadly, our experience has been the opposite.
I cannot recommend this agency to anyone who is truly concerned about the safety, consistency, and overall well-being of their loved one. Families deserve better accountability, better communication, and better care than what we experienced.
