- TWTiffany WilsonApr 23, 20195.0I was a little uneasy about taking my son out of an in-home daycare and putting him in child care facility, but I'm so happy I did. My son is 2 years old and he has wonderful teachers that love and care for him. They are very patient with him and we discuss ways to help his behavior at school and at home. Overall, it's a very clean and organized environment, the staff is friendly and professional, and my kid loves it there.

- SHStacy HDec 1, 20161.0I called to get information on the daycare and the lady acted like she couldn't provide me with any information over the phone. I wanted to make sure my special needs child could get the care he needed. So, I had to schedule a tour just to get my questions answered. When I got there, there was a big garbage crate next to the playground that smelled so awful it almost made me sick. When I went inside the smell was no better. The director/manager gave me a weak greeting, coughing and snorting in my face, did not give me much of a tour, did not provide me with any documents, pamphlets, etc. Did not walk me around the full facility and told me her staff could not care for my child because he has special needs. She could have told me that over the phone instead of wasting my time. The so-called classrooms for different age groups needed a lot of work and were not split in separate rooms, but just split by one of those child lock gates. How can you properly teach a class when other classes are in the same room? Very disappointing.
