  The communication with this facility has been horrendous. My tour was fine enough and I requested an enrollment because we had no other option at the time. The enrollment was approved and I was notified that I had to pay the enrollment fee to complete the process. I had a few questions I needed answered before I completed the enrollment and attempted to call the facility on four separate occasions, over the course of several weeks. I was either told that I would be called back or had to leave a voicemail. I was never called back. I also emailed corporate for assistance. During this time, the enrollment fee was increasing $30/week. It was incredibly frustrating to be called for several weeks without answer while charges kept increasing. I ended up paying the fee after four weeks of no response as I did not want the charges to continue growing. Thankfully we were able to work out another childcare plan because my trust in this location was low. I called the facility to tell them to cancel my enrollment (they surprisingly answered for once) and they assured me it was cancelled and no follow up was needed. However, today I received an email saying I owed $435 for enrollment…

  I highly recommend Bonair Kinder Care to anyone looking for quality, loving llattentive care for their kiddos! My son has been enrolled there since he was 16 months old (now 3) and we have never had a single poor experience. The entire staff has been so wonderful to work with! I get the best updates and photos all throughout the day and know without a doubt that my son is loved and SAFE all day every day. My son is also SO happy there - he comes home and talks about all of his friends and teachers in the best ways, he ASKS to go to school on the weekends, and I actually dread the step up to Kindergarten when he will have to say goodbye. We love Bonair Kinder Care! And a special shout out to Ms. Monica and Ms.Kassimbi for ALWAYS putting the safety of our babies first ❤️

  Extremely poor experience trying to enroll our 3½-year-old at the Bon Air KinderCare. We were ready to move forward after initial conversations. They required immunization records and a birth certificate before starting—fine. What was not fine was the complete breakdown in communication: Given a card with contact details and told to email the documents. After sending, told the materials had not been received and given a different email address. When asked why that address wasn’t on the card, given yet a third email address. No fax available. Phone contact was unhelpful and inconsistent while we were also chasing records from the pre-authorization office using numbers they provided. When I went in person simply to get a clear, working email address so we could finish the paperwork and drop off our child (who was already upset), the staff member handling the onboarding stayed seated, stared, was rude and uncooperative, and then escalated by putting a phone on me and stating she was calling the police and that I needed to leave. This is unacceptable. A parent trying to resolve required documentation should not be met with hostility and a police threat. The constantly changing contact information and lack of clear written instructions created the problem; the confrontational response made it far worse. The person who handled this onboarding process in this manner should not be in a customer-facing or enrollment role. Management needs to review her conduct immediately and take appropriate action, including removal from that position if the behavior is confirmed. No parent should have to deal with this while trying to enroll a young child. We will not enroll here and cannot recommend this location.

  Tried to enroll our 3½-year-old at the Bon Air KinderCare. Initial conversations were polite and we were ready to move forward. They required immunization records and a birth certificate before starting, which is understandable. The process fell apart on communication and follow-through: We were given a card with contact information and told to email the documents. After sending information, we were told it had not been received and were given a different email address. When we asked why the second address wasn’t on the card, we were then given a third email address. No fax option was available. Phone contact was inconsistent and unhelpful while we were also trying to obtain records from the pre-authorization office using numbers provided. When I went in person to clarify which email address was correct and to resolve the paperwork so we could drop off our child (who was upset), staff became confrontational, put a phone on me, and stated they were calling the police and that I needed to leave. This was after repeated attempts to simply get a clear, working contact method for required documents. Other local centers handled the same documentation requirements with far clearer instructions and less friction. Policies are fine; repeatedly changing contact details, poor follow-up, and escalating a paperwork clarification into a police threat is not acceptable customer service, especially when a parent is trying to enroll a young child under time pressure. We will not enroll here and cannot recommend the location based on this experience.

  I love Bon Air KinderCare! My son started here when he was just four months old. I was nervous dropping him for the first time, but his teachers made me feel at ease immediately. Everyone at this location is so kind, competent, and welcoming. This location is always clean and decorated so cute! The center is consistently coming up with new ways to engage kids and help them grow. Ms. Monica and Ms. Kasimbi are amazing leaders. They know everyone’s names, always maintain their composure, and ensure all the kids are cared for. I have to specifically shout out the teachers - they are all amazing and so patient with the kids! They really do partner with parents to ensure each child is getting the time and attention they need to build age appropriate skills. My son is in Infant Two with Ms. Katie and Ms. Amber. They are both incredible. You can tell how much they genuinely love the kids and they are both amazing at what they do! Zay has also spent time with Ms. Sydney, Ms. Tina, Ms. Heaven, Ms. Monica and countless other teachers. Each of them are so talented, loving, and gracious. I also absolutely love the app! You get daily updates on meals, snacks, playtime, activities, potty logs etc. It’s so fun to get photos and videos of my lil guy throughout the day. They really prioritize safety too - I know I was hyper vigilant about choosing a center with the utmost commitment to the kids’ health and safety. Each parent has an individual door code to ensure no one can get in unless they have authorized access. There are two teachers for every eight students. All the rooms have big glass windows so you can see everything going on inside. The bathrooms are in the classrooms which I think is a great mechanism to ensure no one has unauthorized access to kids.
