  We’ve been when this Kindercare for 2 years now and, yes, the past year was rough. But the center recently got a new Director, Ms. Rosemary, who is just so kind and genuine. My husband and I are so impressed as she’s there every morning at drop-off and every evening at pick-up, doing whatever needs to be done. Our son’s daily reports are more detailed than ever which we really appreciate as we now feel more informed of his day-to-day activities. I’m very excited about the direction the center is moving in.

  As a parent, I feel disappointed with our experience at this KinderCare location. There are several concerns that made me uncomfortable about keeping my child here. First, the overall environment does not feel as supportive or organized as I expected from a childcare center. I noticed issues with communication and consistency, which are important when you’re trusting others with your child’s wellbeing. Another concern is the quality and variety of snacks provided to the children. As a parent, I expected more nutritious options and a clearer focus on healthy eating habits. There also seems to be a lot of inconsistency in how staff are scheduled and treated. From conversations with teachers, it appears that some experienced staff members are not given as many hours, while new teachers continue to be hired. This creates instability and affects morale among the teachers. The director - Asmita - has caused much chaos and distress in the overall environment for KinderCare and this is very inappropriate for the children as well as the for the working environment of the teachers. A childcare center should feel supportive for both the children and the staff. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been our experience here. I hope management takes parent feedback seriously and works toward creating a healthier, more positive environment for everyone.

  When I moved to Virginia from Florida I was nervous about selecting a daycare for my son. He is extremely active and had a slight speech delay. From the first day, I knew that he was in good hands. When I met the director Aly, I KNEW I was going to like this place. By the end of the first week my son LOVED his teacher. As we dealt with unprecedented COVID I’ve been impressed with the staff. They have adapted to the new cdc recommendations and stilled managed to make us feel like our children’s care and health were of the utmost importance to them. If you’re looking for a daycare where the staff cares as much about your child as you do. Go here. When my son had his developmental assessment I shared the results with the staff...they have celebrated his progress together and loved him the way I would. They’ve been a second family, not only to my son, but to me as well. I can’t say enough about how much Aly, Serita, and Sophia have impacted our lives for the better. Thanks so much for loving us like family ❤️💕

  This place witnessed history. If you happen to read the book, the Hot Zone by Richard Preston, searched information and followed all the way here, then we are friends. Yes, this was THE BUILDING, Hazleton Washington, where monkeys were staying, the origin of Reston Ebola Virus. However, it's very safe to stay here now, because it has already been NUKED and rebuilt in 1995......
