  We just finished our first week at KinderCare, and we are absolutely blown away! We transitioned our son from another daycare because we wanted him to be surrounded by more children his age and have more opportunities to grow socially and develop his communication skills. What we didn’t realize was just how incredible a daycare experience could be! From day one, the teachers and director, Wendy, have exceeded our expectations. The teachers are experienced, genuinely loving, and so engaged with the children. Our son has been nervous adjusting to a new environment, and the patience, warmth, and individual attention they’ve shown him have meant the world to us. We’re also incredibly impressed by how thoughtfully structured and engaging the program is. Every day brings something new, from arts and crafts to show-and-tell, where our son got to bring his favorite toy to share with his classmates, to fun seasonal events like costume parties and trick-or-treating. It’s so exciting to see how many opportunities the children have to learn, build confidence, socialize, and just be kids! The communication and transparency are equally exceptional. Parents are welcome to visit the classroom, and we receive photos, videos, and detailed daily updates about meals, naps, and activities. Wendy even personally called during our first week to check on our son’s transition, ask how we were feeling, and welcome our feedback. His teachers also take the time every day to share how he’s doing, which is incredibly reassuring as a parent navigating a new daycare experience. We truly couldn’t be happier with our decision. In just one week, KinderCare has exceeded every expectation. It’s clear that this is a place where children are genuinely loved, supported, and encouraged to thrive. We feel so fortunate to have found it and can’t recommend it highly enough!

  Completely agree with the other 5 star reviews. My son started daycare here when he was 4 months old and as a first time mom I was so nervous. All of the staff is wonderful. My son loved coming here, we would get pictures of him through the day playing, eating, and taking a nap. He is 14 months now and learned so much here. When he was a baby he loved the infant classroom and as he got older they started introducing him into the toddler classroom which he loved! They read book, played, danced, and during the summer went outside. He would get a ton of arts and crafts they did through the month. We recently had to move due to my husband being in the military. We were devastated that he would have to move daycares and leave his friends and teachers that have known his since he was a baby. Forever greatful to the amazing staff and management for taking such amazing care of my baby.

  We could not recommend Kindercare Oakton more for your child’s daycare and development needs. From the loving staff to the communication, the activities, realtime updates, and general confidence we feel every day dropping our daughter off. If you are seeking trusted daycare in the Vienna/Oakton area, you will not be disappointed. Thank you to all of the Kindercare teachers and leadership for making our girl (and her parents) the happiest! 😊

  The teachers in toddler's room are amazing. Before I started to send my daughter to the daycare, I was expecting that she would cry for at least 2 weeks when I drop her off in the morning. However, my daughter did not cry at all when it was only the 4th morning. And everyday when I pick her up, she looks happy. Many many thanks to Ms. Maria and Ms. Mary for helping my daughter adapt so fast.

  We love Oakton KinderCare! Our child is so well cared for. The teachers and staff are wonderful and so caring. When we toured it, we knew it was the one. Everyone was so warm and welcoming.
