  MILITARY Families Beware - We went to Bright Heights Learning Center as they were well rated and part of the Child Care Aware of America fee assistance program. However, after unenrolling our daughter back in early April we still have not received payment for what we were owed. The management has given us the run around telling us that it’s on us to call their corporate, chase down the manager, and pursue the money we are owed. We got the classic “it should be in the mail” line over and over… exhausting. Quite the way of doing business. SAVE YOUR MONEY, go somewhere else that operates appropriately.

  Best daycare in the area. Both of my kids have attended Bright Heights Learning Center, and I have had nothing but a positive experience. The staff and teachers create a loving and caring environment. I not only feel that my kids are well taken care of, but they also gain the necessary knowledge to excel when they start kindergarten. The food is also included, so you don’t have to deal with the hassle of packing lunch each day. I strongly recommend it.

  Disgusting and unprofessional! Don’t send your children here if you don’t want them eating roaches at snack time.
