  Finding a daycare you can truly trust is one of the hardest decisions a parent can make, and I can honestly say we found that here at Kingstowne KinderCare. From the moment I met the Center Director, Ms. Ma’alika, I knew this place was different. She is patient, understanding, compassionate, and genuinely present. She takes the time to listen, cares deeply about the children and their families, and leads with kindness and excellence. She is truly a gem, and it shows in everything she does. One of the first things I noticed is how organized this center is. Everything runs smoothly, communication is clear, and there is a strong sense of structure that gives parents confidence and reassurance. What has impressed me most is how involved the leadership is every day. Every morning and afternoon, I see Ms. Ma’alika and her assistant, Ms. Elaine, greeting families as they arrive and leave. They are attentive to who is coming in and out of the building, making every family feel welcomed and valued. That level of care and presence goes a long way and speaks volumes about the culture Ms. Ma'alika has created. The staff is a direct reflection of Ms. Ma’alika’s leadership. Every person I’ve encountered has been welcoming, kind, respectful, and caring. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted with a smile and made to feel like part of the family. Even staff members who aren’t my child’s teachers treat her with love and kindness, which says so much about the environment here. Communication is another reason we love this daycare. The staff is always easy to reach, and communication is consistently open. I love receiving updates, pictures, and videos throughout the day of my child learning, playing, and interacting with her classmates. Being able to see what she’s doing while I’m away helps me feel connected and is something I truly appreciate. The biggest confirmation that we chose the right daycare is how excited my child is to go every single day. She walks in happy, eager to see her teachers and friends, and has learned so much since being here. Watching her grow socially, emotionally, and academically has been such a blessing. This daycare doesn’t just feel like a childcare center, it truly feels like a family. The teamwork, kindness, and genuine love throughout the building are evident every day. We are incredibly grateful to have found Kingstowne KinderCare. Thank you, Ms. Ma’alika, Ms. Elaine, and the entire team for creating such a special place for our children and families. If you’re looking for a daycare where your child will be loved, encouraged, challenged to learn, and cared for like family, I wholeheartedly recommend this center.

  My experience at Kingstowne kindercare - it is such a shame that due to the employee’s my child(REN) is ROBBED from their innocent experience of being a kindercare graduate. The process of how this center works is remarkable for the child’s growth. I give it 3 stars bc not everyone is bad yet bc of ONE bad apple it kills it completely.

  Our family is so grateful to Maalika and her staff for their care, attention, and dedication to our child. From personalized daily reports to thoughtfulness regarding the curriculum, each day is exceptional. Our child is better able to articulate his days and all that he is learning; He is always engaged and never bored. I am so glad I found Kingstowne Kindercare and have full confidence that my child will be ready for Kindergarten because of the solid Preschool foundational skills he is forming now. Thank you, Kingstowne Kindercare, for making a positive impact in my child’s life!

  It seemed that they cared about the kids, but they did not do a great job taking care of them. My infant suffered serious growth delays while in this program after they could not get him to eat or sleep at all during the day. He was not mobile yet and when I picked him up in the afternoons, he would frequently be sitting in the same place where he was when I dropped him off, with a dried bowel movement in his diaper, and he would reach his arms up and cry when he saw me like he had just had the worst day of his life. It was horrifying and heartbreaking. Needless to say, we moved him out of this center quickly.
