Temples of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are considered houses of God, a place of holiness and peace separate from the preoccupations of the world. They provide a place where Church members make formal promises and commitments to God. They are also the place where the highest sacraments of the faith occur — the marriage of couples and the "sealing" of families for eternity. Temples serve as the only place where ceremonies such as baptism and eternal marriage can be performed on behalf of those who have died. Temples point Latter-day Saints to Jesus Christ and their eventual life with Him.

- BHBrian HuzzeySep 29, 20265.0Great folks and experience!
- CBClint BishopSep 19, 20265.0One of the prettiest LDS temples I've been to. Gorgeous grounds, and you can tell there was a serious effort to reflect the area's architecture with the colonial feel. You can really feel the Holy Spirit here even on the grounds. This church has changed my life, and I hope anyone who wants a relationship with God and Jesus sincerely prays about it. I'm confident that anyone who prays about the Book of Mormon with a sincere heart will receive a witness from God that it's as true as the Bible is, that modern-day prophets and revelation exist, and that Jesus is the Christ.

- MRMary ReynoldsSep 1, 20265.0There is a calmness and peace that is other worldly. It is not just the setting although that is impressive and it is not simply the beautiful design and craftsmanship although that is undeniably exquisite. It is the spirit of love and serenity that speaks to your mind and heart. Every single time.
