  Apparently you must have sufficient residents to not need a new one. It was a CLUSTER F! I tried making an appointment online TWICE for Independent Living,, got texts saying someone would be in touch. No one was. I called and left a message and Tameeka called back and said she never got our requests?? We made an appointment for today at 11. She said she had an appointment at 10, but if she was not available, she'd had the Executive Director start our tour. When we arrived we were redirected to Inga, who took us to the LOCKED MEMORY CARE UNIT??? When I told her we were there for Independent Living, she took us back to the lobby.. At 1125, I'm assuming it was Tameeka came out of the meeting room with 2 people and said Hi, but then went back to the other 2 people. My mother insisted on leaving. There's not even a way in your system to email a live person about all of this!

  Moved my parents in Harmony at Falls Run, and throughout the whole process the staff was phenomenal and welcoming. Alisa Hilliard (sales) and Justin Thomson (Executive Director) not only made the whole business side of the transition run smoothly, but their compassion and understanding in the face of the stresses and inherent grief that comes with such a huge life transition for my parents meant so much to my whole family. The staff across the board, from executives to food and assistants have been wonderfully welcoming and available to my parents, and I have had open communication with them in order to assure my parents receive the best care. The facility is beautiful, food is great, and atmosphere is one that invites engagement to live into each day with joy and purpose. We are so grateful that my parents are a part of a fun, joy-filled community.

  Justin Thomson our director has been great. Activities is great. It is a great place and keep us busy with so many activities. Transportation to and from drs is great. Come join us and you can see what we are about. Doors are always open and love to meet new residents and their families

  I just want to give a shoutout to Mrs Danielle Byrd for being so supportive in everything I needed… She’s a kind loving lady and takes care of the residents as if they were her own…. Very knowledgeable about her work…

  Nice facility, kind people
