As a parent, I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this daycare. I entrusted this facility with my two-year-old son, expecting patience, guidance, and professionals who understood child development. Instead, I found a program that seems far more interested in labeling children as “problems” than actually helping them succeed. My son was removed from this daycare after being blamed for behaviors that are completely developmentally normal for many two-year-olds. Rather than working with us to develop a plan, communicate consistently, or provide strategies to help him improve, the solution was simply to remove him. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a daycare give up on a toddler instead of doing the work they claim to specialize in.What frustrated me even more was the lack of awareness from the staff. There were multiple times when incidents occurred in the classroom and the teachers couldn’t even clearly explain what had happened. If you ask different staff members, you’ll often get different answers. It felt like whenever something happened, my son automatically became the one to blame, regardless of whether anyone actually witnessed the situation. As a parent, that’s extremely concerning. If the adults responsible for supervising the room can’t confidently explain what occurred, how can they confidently decide who is responsible? This daycare advertises that they work with children who have behavioral challenges, ADHD, and other developmental needs. Based on my experience, I simply did not see that level of support. Every child is different. Some children require more patience, more redirection, and more one-on-one guidance. That’s part of working in early childhood education. Instead of demonstrating those skills, I felt like they chose the easiest option by removing a two-year-old from the program. One of the biggest issues is that the children rarely have the opportunity to get outside because the playground is covered in goose droppings. Rather than maintaining the playground so the children can use it safely, the kids are often kept inside. Anyone who has spent five minutes around toddlers knows they need to run, climb, play, and burn off energy. Keeping them cooped up indoors for extended periods only increases frustration, restlessness, and behavioral issues. Then those same behaviors are used against the children. It’s a cycle that could be improved if outdoor play was treated as a priority instead of an inconvenience.Communication with parents was also lacking. Instead of feeling like we were working together to help my son succeed, I constantly felt like I was only being contacted when there was a problem. There were very few constructive conversations about solutions, progress, or strategies. It was always about what he did wrong, never about what the staff was doing to help him improve. No parent expects perfection. I understand toddlers hit, bite, throw tantrums, refuse to listen, and test boundaries. That’s literally part of being two years old. What parents should expect is a daycare that understands child development, remains patient, and partners with families to help children learn appropriate behaviors. I did not experience that here. This experience left me feeling like my son was labeled instead of supported. Rather than seeing a little boy who needed guidance, they saw a problem to be removed. That’s heartbreaking as a parent.I cannot recommend this daycare to any family, especially those with active, strong-willed, or high-energy children. If your child needs extra patience, individualized attention, or behavioral guidance, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. A daycare should help children grow through difficult stages—not simply remove them when those stages become challenging. My advice to other parents is to ask detailed questions before enrolling your child. Ask how behavioral incidents are documented. Ask how conflicts between children are investigated. Ask what interventions are actually used before a child is dismissed.

I don’t really understand the negative reviews. Especially the recent ones. My daughter loves it here! The teachers are great. They are structured and make sure the kids are well prepared for kindergarten. Every week my daughter comes home having learned something new. They have a daily report sheet that shows their behavior/how much they ate/ how long they napped. They have show and tell every Friday and they send the work home at the end of the week so parents can see what their kids have been doing. And if there is any kind of behavioral issue they you know so you can fix the problem together. She absolutely adores all the teachers here, and she looks forward to school every morning.

horrible, the receptionists told me that I could NOT register my child because he has asthma but they are MAT certified. That makes no sense, actually its discrimination! horrible place. I wish I could mark NO stars.
