  We've been very happy with this KinderCare! I can tell the staff is very caring, with special shout outs to Ms. Angie and the rest of the staff in the infants room. The individualized "curricula" and artwork sent home is great. The director, Ms. Jessica, does a good job communicating to the parents, and she always greets us coming in if she's in the office. The regular photos and updates throughout the day via the app are also great. Plus, this is one of the more affordable options in the area, and we didn't have to wait a year for an opening to start.

  Our baby has had such a pleasant experience at Kindercare. Jessica, the director, is attentive, responsive and caring. The staff treats our baby like their own. We get frequent updates throughout the day via their app. They are constantly doing projects with the children to foster their development. I would highly recommend them for any parent.

  I don't know how this place is even in business. Out of 2 weeks (10 days), I was only able to take my son 4. They waited last minute to cancel, and there was ALWAYS sick staff. This place is dirty, sickly, and unreliable. DO. NOT. WASTE. YOUR. MONEY.

  Our daughter attended Riverbend in the infant classroom during the Covid-19 pandemic. We were extremely happy with everything during our time there. Her teachers were clearly very experienced, kind and warm. We always felt confident that she was loved and well-cared for. We found the administrative staff very helpful and easy to work with and felt the adapted well to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. Would definitely recommend based on our experience there.

  After looking for child care for months I decided to give this place a try. I dropped my 3 year old son off at 9am and when I picked him up at 5pm he was soaked in his own urine all the way down to his socks. They say they take the kids to the bathroom every 2 hours but obviously no one payed my son any attention on his first day at school ever! I had high Hopes for this place but I highly recommend looking into other child care services. My son was traumatized and now he has mixed emotions about school. On his first day ever in school a teacher should of checked on him regularly. Also, they dont allow pacifiers! My son can not nap without his and they did not tell us this when we arrived and they took it from him. ( He gets great comfort from his pacifier) for the amount of money you pay for fulltime school, my son should of been taken care of much better and his needs should of been a priority and if they had questions they should of called me! Also when I picked him up, he was in a room with about 25 other kids ranging in age and there was only ONE teacher present. Not enough help for that amount of kids. I did not take my son back after his 1st day and I paid 325$ for ONE WEEK and was only refunded 26$. Smh. I will never recommend this place for anyone's child. Please do your research and suprise visits at daycares, looks can be deceiving.
