  From start to finish, the whole process was professional, courteous, and respectful. Christian in particular was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional in explaining the process and in responding to my questions. The facility itself was well appointed with a comfortable and calming atmosphere. Would highly recommend them. DMH

  Although the staff who picked up my grandmother were very kind, and we received helpful assistance with paperwork needed for international travel (which we greatly appreciated), some important details were not handled carefully. We clearly requested multiple times that she be cremated with her rosary, yet when picking up her urn, we were asked if we wanted the rosary returned or discarded, which was confusing and concerning. Most disappointing was that her name was misspelled on her temporary urn, despite us clearly explaining from the start that her name is Cristina with no “H.” These details matter deeply to families, and greater attention to accuracy and care is needed.
