  When my father recently died, I had to arrange everything for the first time. I researched from a list provided by the hospital and my Pastor suggested a few including DCSV. I was happy with my choice. Christian at DCSV was fantastic! He provided great customer service, especially helpful when I wasn’t sure even what to ask. Kind and understanding at a difficult time and hand-held me through what I needed. The price was very reasonable and everything was handled professionally with extra care and understanding. They even used Docusign online so I did not have to come in person to fill out all the required paperwork. Although I did not use the facility for a service, upon seeing it later, I was surprised how nice it was. Very kind staff.

  We had to go through what no parent should have to and get our daughter cremated. Lisa was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She made sure my wife and I were taken care of and went above and beyond. Throughout this traumatic event they were there to help when we needed it. I can’t thank them enough.

  Direct Creation Services of Virginia provided excellent customer service, at a reasonable price. They followed up with me throughout the service and were kind to ensure we had support with the passing of our loved one.
