  I love Kindercare at Sully station! Gina, the director is professional and communicates well with the messages she sends through the portal . Gina is so easy to talk to and always takes the time to answer my questions .Not only does Gina make my daughter feel special but she shows so much warmth towards every child that comes through the door . Vanessa, assistant director is the best too! They both do well in their role in management. The staff is just great. My daughter always looks so happy when she arrives and leaves daycare and that means the world to me .

  Found this place almost one year ago and I would say it was the best selection out off all other daycares I looked at. Ever since I visited the first time, I said to myself this is the place, everyone was welcoming friendly, loving and caring it doesn't matter if you're a child or a parent. My kids love this place especially Ms. Gina she has something special that all the kids love her.

  Let me begin by saying I have worked with children for 20 years, now. I began providing childcare while in college; I am currently a learning and behavior expert. Over the years I have seen some pretty amazing things; both positive and negative, but overall I am very picky about how children are treated because I am in the business. I know what is possible, and I know what is reasonable to expect. In regards to Kindercare Sully Station, I cannot recommend this center enough! I am truly amazed at the service this center provides. Specifically, their cleanliness and customer service are off the charts. I've never seen a public school or daycare center this clean; I've never witnessed or experienced such incredible customer service before. I would give KinderCare Sully Station 6 stars if I could! My daughter started at Sully Station KinderCare this spring; I was immediately impressed by the manager. He gave us unlimited, undivided 1:1 time and attention while on a tour through the center. He answered all questions quickly and with a deep knowledge of children and the business. I noticed a close relationship with children, parents, and staff members. I was impressed at how clean the infant room is, and how the staff seemed very happy and polite throughout the center. Over the next couple of months, Sully Station KinderCare continued to WOW me with individualized care for my daughter and perfect customer service. Any individualized need my daughter has is provided; any quirky Mom-request I have is fulfilled promptly. As mentioned in other reviews, Mrs. G is, in fact, AMAZING. I hope corporate knows what an incredible employee they have. Seriously KinderCare, "put a ring on it" LOL. Soon after we arrived, our center got a new manager, Ms. A, and she is incredible as well! Ms. A is as good as they come; she is polite, professional, direct, and she takes excellent care of both children AND PARENTS! I've personally witnessed Ms. A order pizza for children who were stuck inside because their field trip was canceled on a rainy day. I've witnessed her handle delicate situations quickly and with understanding and grace. I've seen her roll up her sleeves and clean with her employees. The KinderCare team at Sully Station is AMAZING! I am thankful to have found such an incredible place for my daughter to learn and grow.

  I agree with the first review - my daughter loves coming to school, we arrive and she points out the school buses, outside decor (currently pumpkins!), and is always thrilled to see her teachers. The Director, Kelly, is very professional, and center is very well run. The assistant director Gina is WONDERFUL- very nice, helpful, concerned for my child's well-being. She greets us with enthusiasm every morning, and if there has EVER been a concern i know Gina will take care of it. We started a year and half ago when my daughter was 3 months, and is now almost 2. If i had to do again (which, with #2 on the way I can say I am!) i would definitely pick them again. They're not perfect- they are running a business taking care of screaming, crying, whining, crazy kids. things happen. but when i bring up any issues or concerns i feel confident they will be addressed. We were apprehensive about bringing her there so young, but she has loved her teachers since she started at 3 months, and you can see they all love her too. All the teachers at the center know her name, even though she's not in their classes. I would absolutely recommend this kindercare to anyone and frequently do. Again, they aren't perfect, but try and find me a daycare that is!!!
