  As a military family, moving frequently means we’re often starting from scratch when it comes to finding trustworthy childcare. It’s one of the most stressful parts of relocating—until we found Braddock Road KinderCare. I can honestly say this center has been an absolute gift to our family. From the start, we’ve felt welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. The director, Susie, is amazing—she’s engaged, responsive, and really listens to families. Anytime we’ve had questions or concerns (which has been rare), she’s communicated clearly and compassionately, and always worked with us to find the best path forward. She truly leads by example. Belkys (and Nancy, before she transferred) has also been incredible—warm, professional, and clearly invested in the well-being of every child. The teachers are phenomenal—Nisha, Uregi, Rose, Taliah, Anita, Melanie, and Shagofa have all played key roles in our kids’ lives. They create classrooms that are safe, fun, and full of learning, and it’s clear how much they care about each child as an individual. They’ve even reached out when our kids were sick or recovering from surgery, which was so touching and thoughtful. Even staff who haven’t directly taught our children are kind, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s such a warm, caring environment all around. I recommend this center to everyone looking for childcare. Our kids are happy, thriving, and well cared for—and as a parent, there’s nothing more valuable. This place is truly something special.

  My kid absolutely loves coming here. He comes home and talks about what a great time he had and the nice kids he met; he looks forward to going back. I like how they take the safety of the kids very seriously.

  My son has been to another daycare before and he was not happy to go there. Since we’ve been with KinderCare, he is a whole new little boy: open, excited, happy and so much more! Perfect fit!

  Both my daughter (3.5 in Preschool B) and my son (13 months in Infant B) attend Kindercare and love it! We've had such a fantastic experience there...everyone who works there is kind and nurturing. Ms. Kelly and Ms. Ilka--the directors--are wonderful. They are very communicative and responsive. They make everyone who enters the doors feel welcome. Ms. Livia works hard each day to make nutritious and delicious meals and snacks (and I can't tell you how great it is not to worry about packing lunches/snacks for the kids each day. She makes our lives so much easier!). Both of our children have had amazing teachers--Ms. Jessie, Ms. Flor, Ms. Shernecka, Ms. Uzma, Ms. Miriam, Ms. Sabiha, Ms. Jana, Ms. Roxann, Ms. Fabiana, Ms. Adrianna, Ms. Quana, Mr. Michael...I can't even name them all. Every single one has had such a positive impact on our kids. And even when the kids move up to older classes, their former teachers still dote upon them and greet them with a hug and a smile. Kindercare is amazing. We're moving next month and are so very sad to leave such a loving community.

  I have a 2 1/2 year old in full time and a 6 year old in before/after school care for about the past year or so. The staff here has been great... they both enjoy their teachers and enjoy coming in every morning (which is SO important). Since Ms Connie and Ms Ashlei have taken charge, there has been a distinct difference from the moment you walk in... so that may have accounted for the negative reviews. The facilities have recently been undergoing a face-lift (fresh paint, etc).
