  Having had my child enrolled at the National Landing location for approximately 11 months, I believe I am fully equipped to share an honest, experience-based perspective. Simply put, if I could do it all over again, I would not choose this center. While the facility looks modern and the promotional materials highlight a great curriculum, my actual experience did not live up to the marketing. During our time here, the center cycled through three different directors, which in my opinion speaks volumes about the consistency and internal management of the facility. At the end of the day, a parent needs to feel absolute confidence in the physical and emotional reassurance of the environment they are entrusting their child to. For a variety of reasons, that was not my experience, and it is my observation that the classroom staff would benefit from significantly more thorough training. At a price of $1,995 per month, the value simply is not there. Prospective parents should also keep in mind that Bright Horizons is a for-profit, publicly traded corporation, and I highly encourage anyone considering this center to do their own research. Personally, I believe that when a childcare provider is accountable to corporate shareholders, profit margins can easily conflict with the individualized care and attention our children deserve.

  Everyone at this center was amazing. I especially wanted to recognize the center director Maria for her positive attitude and being so welcoming. On one of the days I didn’t realize that I had reserved care at a different location and when I showed up Maria went out of her way to open up a space so that I could switch to this location. The caretakers were also really great and caring and my daughter liked coming here even though it was a completely new environment for her.

  Our child has had a great experience at this Bright Horizons location. The environment is warm and welcoming. You can tell that the teachers care greatly about the kids. I am grateful for this location, and would recommend them to anyone.

  I wanted to share a little about my experience at the Bright Horizons National Landing location. I cant quite put into words how much I appreciate their level of care and attention to detail. They have taken the time to learn about not only my child but also our family and they incorporate that into their everyday interactions. Having experienced other schools, I can say my child feels safe and looks forward to working with Ms. Diamond every single day. To watch my child grow over the last couple years with the team at National Landing has been remarkable and I would highly recommend this center to anyone in the market for a daycare.
