  My daughter has been going there for over a year now and loves going everyday. They do so much for the children and all staff are so very caring. We are always updated with everything going on! We are so grateful for them!

  Highly recommend! When we were searching for a daycare that was a fit for our toddler, I contacted many daycares. From the first phone call, the management team (Ms. Victoria & Ms. Alma) was prompt in answering the phone, flexible with scheduling a tour, and professional in all communications. A previous daycare experience guided our family in what we knew we did and did not want. Ms. Alma listened diligently to our concerns and expectations, responding with compassion and confidence that this daycare would be a great fit. Once our child began attending, the team (management and teachers) was flexible and supportive of the transition plan we thought best suited our child. Our kid quickly meshed with the new program because the teachers are genuinely loving and cater to the kids wants and needs. The program is also very well managed with a multitude of activities daily, keeping the kids engaged and always learning. Another perk is the in-house chef who provides a wide rotation of nutritional meals that has resulted in our child being willing to try lots of new foods. We also appreciate the app and the frequency with which it’s updated. The videos and photos received throughout the day provide a great insight into the day and it makes me smile to see my child interacting and learning with her peers. Our child loves going to school now and we have Ms. Victoria, Ms. Alma, Ms. Jyoti and Ms. Olivia to thank. Their dedication to providing a top-notch daycare experience is unmatched!

  My kid loves this daycare. Especially miss Alma, Charlotte and Victoria who are always kind and ready to help. They have great outdoor space full of shade and tall trees for the summer. Great summer program with different activities for kids, animals, pet farms, concerts, water play, you name it. We've been here for more than a year and I have only great experiences with them.

  So, I have been putting off writing this review for a long time because I truly don't know what I can write that will express how amazing Telegraph Road KinderCare is, the incredible blessing it has been for our family, and how lucky we feel to have had our kids learn and thrive there. Since 2013 all four of our kids have been lucky to attend Kindercare on Telegraph Road. As new parents, our first kids (boy/girl twins) had great daycare experiences, but when we moved them up to preschool we first had a lot of trouble and the learning curve was steep. We very quickly learned that the most important thing for Pre-School was people people people. After a not-very-good experience with another preschool, we found our way to Kindercare on Telegraph Road and we've never looked back because it has been amazing. In the wake of sending our twins to this Kindercare we've sent both their little brothers, the youngest of which attends now! This Kindercare has changed over the years but the thing that REALLY makes it special are so many of the teachers who REALLY care and love the kids that go there. This Kindercare always seems to have an excellent curriculum, is SUPER good at communication, and most importantly: I know my kids are happy and SAFE there. Even in the wake of COVID, this Kindercare took smart steps to offer as many services and they could as soon as they could and we never worry about whether our little ones are safe there. I don't know about other Kindercares ( know some are different than others) but we have seen firsthand that THIS one is very special. It is a incredibly safe and joyful place to learn and grow. We love Kindercare on Telegraph Road, we love the teachers there, and our kids do too.
