  I enrolled my daughter at this facility when she was an infant. During the first week, I was allowed to stay in the facility, and what I observed during that time raised serious concerns for me. Every time I picked up my daughter, her eyes looked red and she appeared sad and unhappy. At drop-off, the staff would smile and reassure you as they took your child, but once you turned around, I often felt that my daughter was not being comforted when she cried. Her face was sometimes not clean, and overall, she did not appear happy or well cared for. What concerned me even more was seeing her yearbook pictures. She looked very sad in the photos, which only reinforced the concerns I had already been noticing. Ultimately, I decided to remove my daughter from the facility because I was not comfortable with the level of care she was receiving. For the amount of money parents pay, I expected a much higher standard of care, attention, and compassion. Every parent wants to feel confident that their child is safe, happy, comforted, and well cared for. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I did not feel that way here.

  We've been with Kindercare (Grovedale) for almost two years and have been extremely happy with our choice. All of the staff are extremely kind and caring towards the children. They have done an exceptional job with the COVID-19 situation, continuing to implement and adapt to the CDC's guidelines, easing my hesitation to send my son back to daycare/school. I have and would continue to recommend this facility to other families.

  Our two kids have attended this KinderCare for nearly two years now and we can't say enough great things about the staff. They're responsive, adaptive and supportive They provide updates throughout the day via the KinderCare app which is a nice touch that we appreciate. Again, can't say enough great things about the staff here. A++

  My daughter has been attending since 2016, and we have never had any unresolved issues with them. That is a lot to say for a daycare! The staff is great, and their operating hours match with our wild schedules. Additionally, they teach her a great deal of a variety of subjects, she has been learning a lot!
