  Elder abuse. Alo, a technician here, abused my grandpa to the point of blood and bruises. His shirt was torn. The nurse that examined him later, suggested his bruises were from blood thinner medication. Police will involved.

  I visit a lot of these facilities for work and this is easily the best I’ve ever been to. I hope when I reach my old age I can retire to a facility of this caliber. I can’t say enough good things about the staff here

  I recently visited my grandmother at this facility and left genuinely concerned about the quality and nutritional value of the meals being served. She shared that most meals are frozen or fried, and that vegetables are only offered once a month during birthday celebrations. As a dietitian, I find this deeply alarming. Many residents here are managing complex health conditions and rely on adequate, balanced nutrition to maintain strength, comfort, and quality of life. The facility’s website states that the Dining Services Director creates monthly meal plans that are “balanced” and consider resident nutrition and preferences. Unfortunately, what I observed did not reflect those claims. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that the facility will re-evaluate its food program and prioritize fresh, nutrient-dense options for residents who depend on this care. Proper nutrition is not optional, it is an essential part of supporting elder health and dignity.

  The care staff are like family and they treat us like family! The team at Crescent are friendly and really care. The Executive Director is very kind and professional. Crescent is a beautiful building and well maintained.

  Terrible at trying to reach the department heads I have to go in physically because I can never reach a manager and they never return my calls very disappointing.
