Wasatch Community Gardens' mission is to empower people to grow and eat healthy, organic, local food.
WCG offers a Community Garden Program which hosts 19 community gardens where you can rent a plot, a Farm-Based Job Training Program for women facing homelessness at our City Farm on 1300 South, a Youth & School Gardens Program which supports 12 school gardens and hosts youth summer camps and field trips, an Education Program providing adult gardening and cooking workshops, a Volunteer Program with opportunities for individuals and groups, and an Advocacy and Justice Program established to advance our commitment to an equitable, inclusive, and just food system that serves the unique needs of our diverse community.
